In the loft, did Lionel tell Lana to let Clark go before it was too late or to let "them" go as in her desire for retribution? I kept playing it back over but could never be sure. It makes more sense for him to say let your desire for retribution go. Why would he say let "him" as in Clark go? Why would Lionel care if Lana is with Clark?
