I haven't had time to keep up with the show. "Bizarro" is the last episode I watched, and I'm trying to catch up.

From reading around the internet, in "Fierce" (#7-3), it seems that Lana knows Clark's secret, as apparently she and Clark have a discussion about Kara's unwillingness to conceal her powers.

So is it true that Lana knows Clark's secret (yet again)? If so, at what point did she find out? Or did Clark tell her?

Can anyone fill me in?
