she probably is trying to protect clark.. i don't know why, but if he finds out, that's probably the excuse she'll use.

I think its is something that will ruin their relationship. This is when Clark finally realizes that they are not meant for each other therefore he will fulfill his destiny as Superman.

i was thinking that too. but what would she be protecting him from by hiding that she stole 10 million dollars? i miss the simple smallville days with jonathan and martha's advice, meteor freaks, and lots of clana... :(

Season of reversals, my friend. Besides, the writers can't make clana work, because Clark ends with Lois, so they keep trying to bring new reasons to break them apart.

But, I must agree that it must be a lot disappointing for a Lana fan to see the writers make her a hypocrite. She spent 6 years complaining about Clark keeping secrets for her, and now she is doing exactly the same thing. :\

She probably thinks she deserves the money, after everything Lex did to her. But, I think that much more than protecting Clark, this is about her revenge. She wants to be one step ahead of Lex, and she needs money to do that.

Seriously, what did you expect?

First I was furious. Lana the domestic Goddess making Clark's favorite pancakes and aranging flowers *gag me with a rusty knive*

But than...

Lana in a black outfit lying and keeping secrets. Now that's the Lana I know.

I'm liking it. I'm liking it. Could she also still have a secret deranged thing for Lex? Hmmmm...I hope so.

Oh, and she lied to Clark. Making him believe she is doing chairity work. Mwahahahahaha. The return of the real Clana.

Can see why Kristin is leaving - she's been playing the same role for 7 seasons -

While I'm not a Lana fan, she's a fine actress - just give her something to work with for Chri$t sakes!!!!

Yeah, I know, but it was never THAT clear before. Before, it was restricted to some episodes, and people could choose to NOT see it. Now, you can't not see it, because it is beeing rubbed on our noses. Only Clark is blissfully blind, but I suspect, not for long.

I'm just glad it's Lana's issues holding them back this time and not Clark.

Yeah, that scene bothered me too. Lana and Clark playing house??? No thanks...I'll pass.
It seems a little awkward, after all that's happened bw them.

Lana's getting more interesting than I thought.

Can't wait for the crash and burn.

I'm not even a Clana shipper and I was hoping for more if a feiry romance between them. I'm not talking about making or anything. Just show that they love each other and missed each other. This was just waaaay too....fake for me to handle. Either give us a good relationship, or let them part ways. This in between thing is really annoying!

I am not a clana fan either, but I wanted them to treat their relationship with a little respect. Why bother to bring the relationship back in order to be the same thing all over again, only with Lana being the one in the wrong this time? Wouldn't it have been better to not bring it back at all, or at least, giving it a last shot, ending with them both realizing that they are both better as friends? I would love for Clark and Lana to end, with them saying to each other that they really apreciate each other a like, that they are both amazing individuals, but they just don't work and they are not in love any more. Then, we could have them being good friends. :\

I agree, she has been ok. It was just that one final scene in fierce that was just so lame.

Well my friend, that would be all nice and fine in real life. But it makes for rather borring TV. They will let them crash and burn painfully, you'll see.
