So...from what I hear... ....man I can't wait to see it!!!
Clark is sad and worried and tells Chloe that if she goes through with the surgery "You won't remember me."
Chloe tells Clark that people will filll her in and that it is worth giving up an old life if there is a new and better life to look forward to.
Clark is chasing around trying to save Chloe the whole eppy, or something like that.
And before Chloe's surgery the doctor tells Chloe she doesnt know anything about true love. She tells the Doctor there is a certain someone she wants to see again when she comes out but doesn't specify who.
Hmmmm.......:rotfl: Hmmmmm......

I'm about to be tortured and then die, but instead of screaming for help, here's some personal info on my love life..

I feel bad for him, but I think he will feel better once he gets his Karimmy kiss. :)

After all the Doc is stealing Chloe's heart for the woman he loves and want to live forever, so I think it makes some since theyd bring it up.
But yeah, now you mention it...that is pretty funny!!! :p

Sorry, I didn't mean it in a way to mock you.
Sadly, it is actually what happens.
Chloe says straight to him "I came to you for help, not to be cut open like a lab rat" (or something vaguely similar). She knew she was going to die.
But she still told him about her love life. It was dumb.

You have the scenes all in one lump and it didn't happen that way.
What she said about wanting to remember one person was in the first visit to the office when the doc told her a side affect was loss of memory. She didn't say that when she was about to get sliced open.
Come on get it straight  what would be the point of saying that at the point she was going to die. Memeory would have nothing to do with anything at that point.
Ok I'll go watch it again and report back

So now that Chloe's back to being single and that Clana will be going downhill soon w/ the trust issues. Once Lana leaves Clark, Clark will be sad and Chloe will be all over him once again. Who knows, there might be Chlark time soon or later...
Screw it man, I'm tired of this sh!t. Chloe and Clark should just get a room, have good sex and get it OVER w/. Geez.

I'm pretty sure she said that when she was tied down on the table.
And when the scene opened with her on the table, was her finding out what he was going to do to her.
Rewatch it on Space on Sunday. You'll see.

OMG! There was such Chlarky Goodness in this episode!:):):)
I esp loved when Clark was trying to talk CHloe out of having the procedure explaining she doesn't know anything about this doctor and she should look into it further, and when he asks what the side effects are Chloe tells him some memory loss, and then WOW! He says it and then says it again more firmly, as if that should be enough to make her not go thru with it, "You'll forget about ME!" and her response to him was so so,,, i don't know...almost shy, flattered, and embarrassed at the same time. so cute! *sigh*
and when the doctor asked Chloe what does she know about love. Her reply was, "I know there's someone I want to live to see again", or somethin like that.
Clark got a good taste of what he'll go thru being immortal, hearing Dr. Knox go on about what it's like to outlive every women he ever loved.
And it looks like Chloe's power might turn out to be a wonderful gift for a life-long partnership between Chloe and Clark! :)

When she said there is someone I want to see again, I didn't think they would out her with it being the school girl crush thing. That caught my by surprise.
I really think that with what happened tonight, the her forgetting him and her telling him off, he just may begin to appreciate her more. Maybe even reconsider his feeling for her.
I wanted Chloe to get over Clark and get her own life. Since they are going to give her so much crap in the beginning of the season, then yeah at the end of this season I better see her get the man of her dreams. At least for compensation for what they are doing to her now.

They should at least try the Chlark angle at least once. Almost all the other shippers have had their day of glory, we need this one to get a try. I've been rewatching season six and keep noticing how Clark sometimes seems happy for Chloe with Jimmy, other times a bit jealous.

Not everybody needs to be in a relationship with every person on the show. This is not 90210.

No I forgot how straight and serious they've been so far with relationships for Smallville. *cough*
However, Clark and Chloe are different because from day one there has been chemistry. They are part of one of the two biggest fan bases on the show. It's a bit different under those circumstances than just throwing 'everyone together.'

The Chlark in this episode absolutely BROKE ME. Especially in the Talon scene when Clark said "*soft* You're gonna forget about me. *firm* You're gonna forget about ME." Damn. I had tears in my eyes.
There's something about this ship that just... tears me apart and makes me all melty inside at the same time lol.

I know what you mean. Whether they do the sex or not, they're still the closest i've ever seen two ppl, in fiction or in real life!
But best friends do make the best lovers, and me and my hubby are all the proof I need, to justify that statement. ;) :)

Only 2 things sucked for me about this episode....at least 2 this point....
1. Not having watched the episode, I have to read through a number of comments before I can get the gist of what happened.
2. Coming even more to the realization that the 2 Moron creators of this Garbage of a show..........literally OWN YOU CHALRK FANS!
Right now, they're probably thinking
Miles: "Cool Al.....they'll row the Chlark boat for a month before they realize where pushing the Clana boat...but do we really have to tear Clana apart just after they get all cozy? : (
Al: "Well Miles....we have to keep the Chlark fan base, and soon it will be the Clana fans rowing their boat for a month.....and don't forget about the Clois fans......but not to worry....I've already dropped them a faint hint of hope for the tale end of the season.....ha,ha...they'll row that boat for several months just to get to the Clois
Miles: (with his best imression of Montgomery Burns) "Exxxxxxxx-cellent............................except for the Clana........come on Al.....do we really have to break them up?
Al: "Miles!.......Step away from the Smallville Script!.......And will you quit (cough...cough) throwing that Pink Pixie dust in the air everytime you mention Lana!"

but see that's the thing; there hasn't been any cozy clana NONE! It's been kept very cool. no kisses, no sincere loving looks at each other, even their hugs aren't passionate. There's also been absolutely no hint of them sharing a bedroom. They just seem awkward together and i don't think that's gonna change. I LOVE iT! :D

Oh my God (rolls eyes).......wait for it.........but keep alert...because it will be brief.....like the tail end of one episode that leads into the beggining of the next episode, and then boom.....the Al/Miles formula....like a Pathetic Phoenix....will rise again.....to live another boring day....with the ups and downs..... of the relationship that is Mr. & Mrs Lana Lang.........for several episodes.
I don't want to insult you....because you.....along with several other Chlark fans.....are fans that I really like......but I feel like slapping you hard accross the face, while doing my best impression of Robert Deniro......"What the hells the Matter with you!".
It's a catch 22......you fans are the reason Chloe keeps getting crapped on....in the end. Because Al & Miles know they just have to throw you a really well acted tid bit.....and you'll be first in line to row the boat baby. You'd think you guys would have learned that lesson after the Season Finale Kiss in "Vessel".......but Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!

:lol;
you've got me really laughing out loud! :)
I don't care so much anymore! I'm onto their little game. Ever since Labyrinth, or especially, "Promise" (ugh!) after I really got pissed, i realized what they were up to. Unfortunately i think i've lost some of the passion, but it's fun to still play along. If i don't like something in an episode, i just chalk it up to , "well it wasn't their week. it was somebody else's turn to get stroked. :) But that's why we have fabulous fanfic!
Honestly i'm happily shocked and surprized that we haven't gotten the Clana passion. that was so dreaded but expected after all the sh!tty spoilers and interviews.
I've been actually quite happy with everything they've done so far since the beginning of S7 ! :) (still wish there was more to the Chlo/Lo healing bond thing. I would like to see that explored. It was totally cool!)
I really can't wait for the episode "Action" sounds like it's really gonna have the show make fun of itself! :)

I do find it amazing that Clark's most emphatic and important line was 'You won't remember your friends. You won't remember me. You won't remember me.'
He purposefully excluded Jimmy from the long list of reasons why Chloe shouldn't risk memory loss. While this is an ode to Chlark in Blank', I'm guessing Clark may have passive- aggressive Chloe lovin' going on.
So passive he doesn't even realize it.
Although I think a passionate kiss would have thrown her mind more than a 'pretty please don't do it, but I can't be more passionate because Lana has my balls. Seriously, she has them in a box on her dresser'.

Theres the chemistry of a car crash with those two. It seems to always be tehre, but they're so inhibited by Lana/Jimmy/Lois/ insert passing bunny as a distraction from just getting it on!
Although at least Clark got to see her shirtless until Chloe 'got her wits about her' :p

Lovely Chlark in this episode. Clark's concern for Chloe, his fear that she would forget him (I love it that he emphasized 'me' the second time he said 'you're going to forget about me') as if only just realizing the implications of what Chloe was about to do. A lot of their history is tied up together and for Chloe to forget all of that......
I don't care how many times people say Chlarkers are delusional. Their relationship is one of the most caring, open and loving on the show and I adore it.
agreed, even if they never get together, please God don't let that happen!, they will always have the best relationship whether romantic or not, they just have this amazing chemistry that keeps me watching and wanting more!

I don't understand why, if fans love Chloe so much, they would want her w/ a guy who just can't/won't fully appreciate her like that. If they ever did get together I'd feel bad for Chloe. Knowing that she was always second choice to the perfectly dull Lana.

u kno the same could be said for lois or any girl on this show,as of right now any woman would be 2nd choice to lana.Thats why so many anti-clana fans want clark to realize lana isnt right for him out of this new ship. Not have them breakup for sum crazy reason like s3/5,in order for us to believe he'll move on to either chloe or lois later we have to see him view lana diff. And its only opinion to say he doesnt appreciate her,imo he treats her better than he treats his own girlfriend

Meh, I personally don't find the character regression of the series regulars to be all that amusing.
Clark and Lana: Back to making puppy dog eyes at each other.
Chloe: Back to being single and mooning over a guy she can never have.
Lex: Back to obsessing over a Kryptonian's secret.
Personally, since I actually like the character of Chloe, I wish they'd just let her get over Clark and move on, since it's obvious he'll never return her feelings.
When we get to the obligatory scene of Clark/Lana staring into each other's eyes while Chloe looks on sadly, I think I'm going to throw up in my mouth a little.

Enjoyed the Talon moment of Chlark. It truly showed how desperate both Clark and Chloe are: Clark in keeping Chloe’s memory of him in tact; Chloe trying to rid herself of any freakiness in her, even if that means losing ALL memory of Clark.
I don’t know about anyone else, but I have seen a definite reversal in the Chalrk relationship. It’s not just about Clark keeping Chloe’s secret: It’s more about his relationship with her and how vitally important and precious she is to him. Chloe is not only his confidant, friend, supporter, encourager, secret keeper, etc . . . she truly is his anchor.
TPTB have gone to great lengths to show just how Clark’s whole world would coming crashing down without her (Labyrinth, Bizzaro) They’ve also gone out of their way to show that Chloe does indeed mean more to him than she’ll ever knowand that he doesn’t know what he would ever do without her.
I find it interesting that we see the parallels between Clark and his relationship with Lana, along with Chloe’s relationship with Jimmy. It is not ironic that we see Clark go to Lana after he’s saved Chloe and having questions and doubts concerning Lana.
Meanwhile, we see Chloe and Jimmy talking, but she refuses to open herself up to him. Funny how he throws Chlark into her face, especially after asking if this is about Kara (hmm, guilty conscious).
Now, I am NOT a Jimmy fan by any means. However, I cannot fault Jimmy for what he said and how he said it. He has tried to make things work with Chloe. MOF, he’s done a lot of great things for her. He’s also tried desperately to get her to open up to him ever since they’ve reunited.
Nevertheless, all his attempts have failed. He knows it and she knows it. Chlark has been and ALWAYS will be a problem for Chimmy.
I just find it interesting that we are seeing parallels between Clark and Chloe that we used to see between Clark and Lana.
As far as who Chloe wanted to see, that is purely up for debate. It was very ambiguous. On one hand you could argue it was Jimmy (the note, going to see him afterward). On the other hand you could argue it was Clark (Talon scene, the rescue).
TPTB are famous for that. The Chlarker in me wants to believe it was Clark. However, part of me thinks it might have been Jimmy.
Anyway, on the most part I’m enjoying season seven so far (Lana acting all innocent is killing me). I just hope it doesn’t do like last year and go majorly down hill once they get half way through the season. I'm SO looking for to the final death of Clana!

Clark & Chloe are like Buffy & Xander. Xander never got the Slayer. Chloe will never get the Man of Steel.
