When I first saw his wife, I thought she was Helen from season 3!
One thing I dislike about the episode is that Lex didn't even BOTHER asking Clark how he saved him from Dr. Knox. From this perspective, we're pretty much know the fact that Lex still doesn't have any suspicion about Clark's power. And if Clark hated Lex so much, why did he even bother bringing Lex to the hospital?

YES! That would have been so cool!
Also I could have done without the Clana. I'll be glad when that arc is wrapped up.... if that ever happens in this lifetime.

If she was afraid she wouldn't remember him, she so should have jumped him.

By now, I suppose Lex knows that he will just get lies and evasions from Clark, so why bother asking.
Or because he believes he knows how, now that he has had all that experience with the aliens he has been hunting.

Haha, I thought she was Helen too at first.
I would have added in a scene where Chloe and Lana saw each other again. I disliked that they brushed that event off as off screen.
Also, Clark explained that he had been following Dr. Knox, which was how he found Lex.

Let's be real here. I want the Clana payoff. I want that conversation where Clark explains all the weird stuff that has been going on for 6 years to Lana (and vice versa).
The ancient stone arc, the aliens out of the ship, red K, green K, silver K, meteor shower, real reason Jonathan had to die, etc.
This is BS that they are brushing it off.

I'm with you on this. It took six years for her to find out and there was no payoff.
She needs to know that everytime she fell unconscious Clark came in and saved her life. :rotfl:

When did Lana tell Chloe she was alive? This was left out between last episode and this one.

maybe Clark filled her in off screen think of the screen time it would take for Clark to recap the last 6 years to her

Maybe Clark just played Lana the 'Previously on Smallville' recap montage
Then Lana was like 'Ohhhhhhh so THAT'S what happened'.
Seriously though I really wish there was a Chlark moment after Clark rescued her where Chloe revealed her worries about her powers and what she actually thinks her power is, sharing the details with Jimmy - the whole shebang. I mean this episode was meant to be about Chloe's power and it was and it wasn't - we didn't actually learn anything new about her power and it wasn't addressed with a talk to Clark about what actually happened to her.
That was a major missed opportunity. Chloe had all her hopes up that she was going to be cured only for them to be dashed. Not only that she was strapped to a table and nearly killed by a mad doctor by being operated on while she was still conscious and having her heart removed. And to think her fear had driven her to this. All of this would have left Chloe pretty freaked out, I would think she would need to sit down and talk to Clark about it afterwards not rush off to the DP??
