Nathan's Burns

So he must either be crazy, traumatized, or its the alcohol and substance abuse talking. It reminds me of the whole deal with niki/jessica thing. they just couldn't let go of the psycho-mirror thing, so they passed it on to nate? haha.

any thoughts?

I think he can regenerate... like Claire. And it also makes me wonder what happened between Nathan and Peter after they flew off into the sky. Why does Nathan feel so guilty?

Did he sell Peter out or something?

I'm not sure what the reason is...i don't think he can heal but he might...for a second there when he punched the mirror and looked at his hand i thought it was gonna heal but it didn't.

Also for some weird reason i keep thinking of Candace when i see him like that...like he's covering up what he may really look like but i know that's not the case.

i think thats how he looked like after peter exploded, he must have been pretty near at the time

I think it is physiological guilt.

Perhaps Nathan has something to do with why Peter was handcuffed inside a container van? :( Nathan could be quite a sneaky guy. But that still doesn't explain why he keeps seeing himself as all burned and scarred. Perhaps Nathan was burned but Peter healed him and that caused Peter's memory loss? :confused:

Yeah, Nathan's a sneaky guy.....

Yo! Good posts by all, I've a theory about this I've been dying to share but just can't get in the habit of signing in!

I think Nathan seeing the visions of himself all burned up is of course trauma from the death of Peter...

I believe this may be the last thing Nathan saw before he supershot out of the blast radius...perhaps Peter was burning up and for some reason manifested the radiation burns all over himself...

OR, and this is to be revealed...perhaps in order to state Peter was dead, they had to actually claim a body (yeah it may seem impossible because he 'exploded' but c'mon this is heroes so anything goes)...and the body he saw was al burned and churned up beyond recognition...

Nathan feels guilty because he was responsible in letting Pete explode, in the sky or not, so everytime he sees himself he is reminded that HE is the reason his brother ended up looking like that....

I dunno, just a theory but I promise more often than not I'm right on the money about these...I called out Parkman's dad being in the elite group, it just had to be! Its always the people and places you hear NOTHING about that end up being the shockers.

Yeah i thought there for a split sec that his hand was gonna heal and then i would have been like what the ****. Honestly i'm glad it didn't but it kind of scared me there for a sec.

I think that's why he wore the beard. The beard made him look just a little less ugly.

I think all of their powers are growing stronger with time. I'm thinking Nathan is masking the burns somehow.

I did consider the Niki/Jessica thing but since it seems thats the direction they are going with Peter I doubt they'd do it with Nathan too.
