is it just me or was Mrs. Petrelli staring at somebody when she was being arrested and getting wheeled out of the hospital?

See at first i thought that when they were wheeling her out that she would look up like she did and all of a sudden it'd pan infront of her and show the hooded character...then pan back and see her scream and when everybody looked to see what the matter was the hoody guy would be gone.
