She said something about it being her assignment. I guess she's supposed to find Peter.

Who knows. It seems The Company isn't part of the government. Maybe she's with the government, doing the same thing The Company does?

could be, i mean in the previews, apparently nathan finds peter. maybe he does it with her help.

maybe she's working for neither and is working with HRG? You never know.... maybe quite a few people defected and are working with the band of misfits on the outside.

Or maybe it's none of the above - a new org/development that is just being introduced. Maybe the company's rival ... lol.... ;)

Bell's power is in the spoiler section if you want to know ;) but yeah, Peter demonstrated something similar to what her power might be - but I'm not certain it was her power that he used - maybe someone else's that he came in contact with at some point. Who know who he was around.... lol... Peter should be more careful lol.

Is her power that electrical burst or whatever? I guess she's in the comics?

And i thought maybe she was working with the Company but i think any thing's fair game at this point. Could be working with Company, maybe Noah, maybe whoever. So i kind of agree with Ginx.
