C'mon people sound off!
The people who've been with this site since the beginning. When the show first started and they had the old boards(when it was all black and psychedelic) and everything. Who's still here? Sound Off.

I came across this site about a year after Smallville premiered in Australia (very late 2003), but didn't become hopelessly devoted to Smallville until about 2005. Now, as I hopeless addicted, I gave in and joined in December last year, and have become all the more addicted since. Great to see you've been here since the beginning - you must tell all about the changes here.

I have always been here but not registered...i tried one time to mut i had some problems then I gave up cos i was tired to try to register with no result..than in august very late...2007) i decided to retry and i did it!!

Well the original forum was hosted by a different company (than vBulliten) and it was a black and blue motif. The original KGI thread had several thousand posts by the start of second season. Originally, the thread was four separate threads (WAH, LAH, RW, and KGI)-I can't quite remember what the differences were. Someone else had started the original Coke army and many of the reoccurring things we see around the site. When the boards started over, a lot of people left. So we kept posting and first time someone hit 10000, we were ecstatic. Around 2005 when the second KGI thread got deleted for a discussion of illegal downloading and we all got knocked back a few thousand in our post count :\
Then about six months later there was a huge falling out (the details of which shall remain hidden) and we lost several prominent members of the board. I left shortly after that because All my friends had gone but I popped in every once in a while and now I'm hoping I can stay on a more regular basis

That sucks..... I can't imagine losing a few thousand posts!
Eh...It's not like I was very up there...But if I hadn't lost em I'd be at about 7500
And if we want to be technical, I would have 10000 by now If we hadn't changed board providers

I would DIE of a few thousand of my posts got deleted....
Well luckily both times happened when I was relatively low on the posting scale

If ninjas start killing people off, I'll be one of the first to go, and hey, I love it far too much here... besides, I'm addicted to my Chlana and Chlark fluff.... I'd die without it. Seems I'm stuck in a lose-lose situation.. LOL.... don't suppose you could beg the ninjas to leave us innocent souls alone? *jokes*... mind you, losing all the posts would suck BIG time!

Hey Wyatt! What's up? remember me? Nice to see you're still here!... so many people disappeared...
I joined the forum in the start of 2004, but I am watching Smallville since the pilot in 2001.. anyway I know a lot about the history of the forum and most of the first members... Remember the Gimp Wyatt? :lol:

The others....we're not allowed to talk about because of the signature fallout. They all left and so did I for a while. I've popped in and out every now and then...I'm back now, hopefully

Let's go with two years
Senior year: I graduated and everything was good and made Eagle scout right before the year
This last year:
1st yr at SJSU
Got a job at Best Buy love it
had a girlfriend
gave "it" up
broke up with her
2nd year at SJSU:
got promoted at Best Buy
changed my second major to religious studies (because i am curious about it, I'm not religious)

Cool! Best Buy!! You still there? Where do you live?? I work at a store that sells electronic stuff too (for 6 months now), only in Israel Lol!
Why you broke up with her?? btw my girlfriend pretty much broke up with me a month ago...after more than 3 years ..
Cool! so you're studying, working... You're on the right way man! I still need to get started with the studying... I want graphics! Just don't know if I'll study here, or in the US or in England...dependents on a lot...
In a few words, I had a big disconnection with my family for more than a year after how they treated my girlfriend, anyway, Study in Israel if I want to keep disconnection, and I want to... or study in England cause the same girl thinking about getting back together and she is about to move there, so I'll move with her and study there, or study in the US if I want to reconnect with my family cause they're living in Miami now...tempting, but not enough!I have a lot of thinking to do....But 2 things I know for sure, I want my girl back, and I don't need my family after what they did to me (and that's a lot, much more than you can think of...)
and I think rolling along is great, I need to roll a bit myself.. :lol:

Yeah, I'm still at Best Buy. I just got promoted to Customer Assistant, so now instead of being focused in one department, I am an all around expert
I broke up with her...well let's just say it was complicated, but she was crazy and I wasn't really in love with her. That's the most basic of what happened.
Sorry to hear about all the crap that's been goin on man, hope things look up

Religious studies... what's that like? Sounds interesting... the sort of subject I'd be interested in, but no such course at the university I attend. So, what exactly do you learn in the course?
Well religious studies is a major at my university, and the courses involve the history of religions, different theological aspects, How different religions handle different aspects of life, things of that nature

How many KGI's have there been?
Let's see there were the 4 seperate ones WAH-LAH-RW-KGI on the old boards
Then they got merged into one (one the old boards)

I know..I miss Shawn! :( I wasnt around for those days..that was before my time..but I sure do remember the two of you back in the days..and nights..last summer..:p Now those were some raw fun times too...:rotfl: *sighs* the good old days of all us in the Burger King thread to name one!
