Kara said she wasted the best years of her life trapped in her ship. I thought she didn't age while she was in there. Plus, it's not like she's going to be dying anytime soon. What is she talking about?

I picked up on that too, and so far as I could tell, it was absolute gibbrish. She wasn in suspended animation. Even if she wasn't, Kryptonians are essentially immortal (as she herself pointed out). On top of that, it's not as if she was missing out on years with friends, because she knew nobody (with the exception of a chubby baby with ticklish feet) within thousands of light years. I'm not usually a writing-basher, but that was EXCEPTIONALLY poor writing. It just didn't make sense. And not in the "hey, you know, if you really think about this, and compare it to a conversation from episode 207, you find an inconsistency" way some things don't make sense. Her statement, as far as I can tell, is simply devoid of any possible meaning or value in any way whatsoever. I'd rather she replied with a blank stare.

I thought the exact same thing, she did not age a day.
If she wanted to help raise Clark that is different.
Is this some kind of message about the Kara's true message was?
Maybe I don't know , could Kara be sent by Zor-El to prevent Clark from being a good guy? I don't know... I keep wondering why in the last episode, Jor-EL warned clark about kara, she does not seem evil.

If she is evil (or brainwashed or manipulated or anything else), she probably won't appear that way until they have the "Kara is evil" episode. The writing on this show isn't always super subtle, and right now they just want us to like this fun new character they added.
