What did you think of this episode?? BORING!

I thought this episode was the worst so far. I mean why did those two girls have to compete in the bueaty contest? I thought this episode was pretty dull and boring....

I actually thought this episode was pretty decent. I could tell they were setting up for future episode through this episode. But the acting was pretty decent outside the beauty pagenant like the Kara and Lex interaction was great Lex and Lana Clark Lana Kara and Clark. All those interactions were great so the episode was pretty good imo.

The main FotW thing kinda sucked, but at least it was relegated to the background. I liked how it showed a growing relationship between Kara and Clark. It was very much a set-up episode, with the Artifact, Lex meeting Kara, etc.

I thought the episode was pretty good. Clark being more Superman-y yet again around Kare. The Lana and Clark scenes weren't too bad. The Third Kryptonian arc begins. Lex finds Kara, and is back sniffing around Clark.

And, SHELBY RETURNS!!!!!!!!

and i would have been happy ... basicly i didn't care for it

There have been worse episodes, but this was a yawning fest for me. I literally felt asleep during some minutes.

agreed...the first five seconds with shelby and the last few mins between kara and lex were the highlights of the episode. Grant just pissed me off, and chloe didn't really do it for me the way she usually does.

It wasn't boring only because it pissed me off. The Clana scenes dragged on, and I was talking over them because they made no sense and were OOC, both KK and TW sounded like they were on valium. I hate it when the writers try to so obviously manipulate the audience into liking a character. I think it backfired. Big time, in my case. Lana digressed back to season 1 where she was the supposedly sweet girl. Sorry, I don't buy it after last season. When she was giving advice to Clark about Kara I flat out laughed at the absurdity. Is that the same girl who supported Lex on 33.1? Did the real Lana die in the explosion, and this is the clone?

Lana is the epidomy of a Mary Sue character. Beautiful, nice, can bake apple pie and give advise about teenage girls, while at the same time she is so brilliant and embazzles 10 million dollars from under Lex and Lionel Luthor. She is so great, I wouldn't be surprised if by the end of the show she solved world hunger, discovered a cure for AIDs, got rid of all the Kryptonite, made Clark's superman suit and sent him off to the world with a freshly baked apple pie, while writing up a brilliant article he can present to Perry and get hired at the DP.

yea it wasnt great but its wasnt that bad either.I did like clark/kara bondin and lex convo at the end wit kara.Its good to see that lex is keepin tabs on the gov(knowin of the spaceship/handin over level 33.1 info)and back to bein suspicious of clark/kara

The main storyline with the Ms Corn and the pageant and freaks was boring as hell!

It was just an excuse to show off hot girl's bodies.

I was yawning waiting for Clana scenes. That's what made this ep worth watching.


Iam interested in Kara's reaction to Lex's interest in her.

Other than that definitely a downgrade from Bizarro and Kara. And I didn't think those eps were that great.
