I think Sylar has the disease and thats why he cant use his powers.

So then once he is healed, he should get all his powers back plus Candices.

Well.. He is pretty much ill.. if he had the disease he would have been dead already.. So not sure...

unless the virus is new for him... i mean he just became conscious and tried using his power... maybe he just got it so it hasnt effected his health yet.

It could be blood bourne pathogen, He might have caught from one of his victims.

That's a really good point...but when Mohinder did the spinal tap or whatever i wonder if that would have shown up on the tests...though granted he didn't much time to look at it before Sylar was trying to kill him.

That's what I thought at first but then I rememebered that Sylar's special power is that clock ticky thing with the brain thing... so if he couldn't use ANY powers at all, then how was he able to use that one?

Could just be shock from the injury.

On the other hand, remember as he was dying he saw all the people he killed? Maybe his powers were deleting.

'Course, that wouldn't explain why he couldn't take Candice's...

I dunno why he's so worried though, he just needs to kill Pete and he'll get it all back...

Oh yeah that's right! I forgot about the eye flashy thing, it could totally be that the powers he stole were being deleted before he died.

who said he took candice's power's anyhow? to me it seemed as if attempted but failed.
