The FOS scene at the end. Jor-El's ominous words were very interesting.

I really enjoyed Clark informing and teaching Kara about the Super Hearing. I really liked all of the Clark and Kara interaction, it was done well.

Also the FOS scene as Xray pointed out above, interested to see how that's going to all play out.

Though I don't care for Lex, the Lexana scene was my favorite. Very well acted by both MR and KK.

I loved the Lexana scene, too. I just wish Lana would have jumped in Lex arms and made it all better. Aaah...only in fan fiction.

Lois future in the DP

HA. As if that'll ever happen. It's kinda wrong that after knowing everything he put her through, you'd want that.

I'm a Lex fan. I want him to be happy. I like Lana dark. I can't stand her when she is a goody two shoes pink princess. So, there you go.

I'm also a big Joker and Harley shipper, so go figure.

But you like it when Lex is doing dirty, violating things to Lana while she's unknowing, just as long as Lex is happy?

There were a lot of really good scenes in this episode...but definitely one of my favorites was when Clark helped Kara realize her super hearing abilities. It was just well acted and it looked cool too!

That was such a cute scene. She told him how he was a miracle baby and how happy Lara was when she got pregnant. Clark's face lit up when he heared he was wanted and not discarded at birth like he thought for many years. Awww...

You forgot the Lana flashback of how she murdered an innocent clone to fool Lex into thinking she blew up. That was the best scene of the episode, movie quality effects and editing there, fun times.

Sorry, not really a personal attack, but soo many people keep saying that Lana killed the clone, when she obvioiusly didn't. Gets annoying after a while. ;)

I agree, I liked that bit a lot....it was better than just being told by the characters....this way we actually got some footage.

But I actually really liked the Lex and Lana scene and their interaction....that was my favorite.

Man that's a tough one, they were all pretty great scenes. Had to go with the Lois will miss Clark though. The subtleties of their relationship and what it will eventually become are great.

I loved it when Kara said "That's what happens when you touch my stuff!" It's so child like when you think about it, yet it's also something a sibling or cousin would say!

I voted for the part where she was just outside of Earth's atmosphere looking at the pic of baby Kal!

I would like to vote for 2:
1) Clark pulling Kara down and slamming her into the ground
2)Clark teaching Kara superhearing

Clark and Kara team is great writing.
I really don't want to see Jor-El putting suspicion is clark's head that Kara is bad.
I mean when has supergirl been bad?

Favorite line came from Kara.

"Uh oh."

She said it with this scared little kid tonality that just cracked me up.

What about Lex and Lana? Why are they missing from your little poll?

Because that was crap and its out of character for Lex. He should of hit her again, and again, and again...

In one version of the comics, Kara was sent to kill Kal-El. But I have a theory that she was sent to bring back Zod and perhaps Zor-El (if his phantom or body are in the Phantom Zone) with Brainiac not knowing that Zor-El was Zod's partner and then stop short of doing so once she finds out the truth (where it may be too late). This is just a theory but the signs are leading to this theory seeming likely.

Signs:

1. Kara's ship looked exactly like the Brainiac ship, except it was red.

2. No human could open the Brainiac ship. But a "human" did open Kara's ship. I say "human" because I think that agent is either Brainiac in disguise or someone reporting to Brainiac.

3. The crystal from her ship now in the "agent's" hands seems like it would fit perfectly into the console of the FOS (like Brainiac's black crystal did in Solitude)

4. If the agent is Brainiac, then the crystal (which I assume was created by Zor-El) would have destroyed him like the FOS crystals did, UNLESS Zor-El programmed it not to (because he was Zod's & Brainiac's partner). And we know it didn't destroy him.

5. Kara knew nothing of Krypton's destruction. What does this mean? Well, we knew that Clark was sent out of Krypton because Jor-El knew what was going to happen. But what was Kara told by Zor-El when she was sent out? Did she wonder why Jor-El was sending his only son, only an infant at the time, away? It seems like she didn't expect Krypton to blow, and I'm guessing Zor-El didn't want her to know.

6. Kara said that Zor-El and Jor-El were not on speaking terms. But she did know of a doomsday device on Krypton. How would she know that? Likely because Zor-El worked with Zod, who set off that device.

7. This is speculation on my part, but what was Zor-El's original plan? Common sense tells me that it was that she was intended to land during the meteor shower just like Clark and upon doing so, gather the 3 stones and create the FOS. But once the FOS was created, she would insert the blue Zor-El crystal into the FOS to override Jor-El's logic with Zor-El's. This could be because Zor-El's plan was to escape to the Phantom Zone during the destruction of Krypton and wait for Zod to do the same. But Zod was caught after setting off the doomsday device (which took a while to fully destroy Krypton) and was destroyed and sent to the Phantom Zone. So the plan would be that Zor-El & Zod in the phantom zone (like Raya was) would be waiting for Kara to free them (without Kara knowing that this is what she was doing). We know that Zod was destroyed and his phantom was placed into the phantom zone. We don't know if Zor-El is still alive in physical form in the phantom zone, if his phantom like Zod's was also placed in the Phantom Zone, or if his plan just failed and he died on Krypton. A very interesting scenario would be if Zor-El is still alive in the Phantom Zone and Clark would have to face his uncle in battle on Earth (kind of like Hamlet).

This is a very interesting story and I hope this theory comes true.

A lot of the time in the comics Zor-El is bad and brainwashes/genetically engineers her to go after Clark.

Yea totally. Standing up for the truth/your friends is so annoying. She should be more like Lois!

I enjoyed the primary colors line a lot. And the slamming into the ground. A lot of other crap was annoying. :/

I thought about - but didn't mention- that too! It was a very cute scene...and the poor little boys were shocked that this girl could just lift them up with one hand. Priceless.

I hope there are more funny moments like that in the future...with Kara around, I feel there will be.

I had to say the scene with Kara flying into space over the Earth. The pose she has right where she stops and hovers for a moment before looking at the picture of baby Clark is totally like a scene out of the Supergirl comics (Which I am a huge fan of) and the writers have truly done Kara's character justice. I recorded this episode and have watched it everyday since it aired because I love it so much!:D
