What were the files Chloe was looking at?

Chloe was looking through files of patients from Belle Reeve.

Why?
Were they part of the files Lex mentioned when talking with Chloe?
Did Lana give Chloe the files before her staged death?
Does this have something to do with her big scoop?

I think she was looking at the files to find out what happened to the meteor freaks who were admitted to Belle Reeve... That's where they sent a lot of them. She looked really upset when she was going through them, like she was terrified that that would be her fate too.

I think so,cause the files did say classified,and I do believe lana gave chloe those files.Thats why chloe looked upset goin thru them cause of how many lex gotten 2.Also it would explain why lex assume she had got them from lana,lex knows chloe hasnt dropped her story.And she has almost enough evidence so he's alil worried,but I definitely think those files were the ones lana took

Yeah I think she was contemplating about meteor freakness...either that OR you know what she was typing in Progeny...or her upcoming big scoop? and what she said to Lex tonight....could all be connected to her 33.1 story.

Hmm...yeah, maybe Lana did take them. I know in an episode (probably Progeny), he said that he has all the evidence. If Lana took the evidence and gave it to Chloe, then Lex would lose his ammo.

Something tells me they will be doing something very similar to what I've been planning for my fanfics, just in a different way.

Thats what I was thinking...maybe they are meteor infected people from Belle Reeve who were "cured." It looks like she's already doing her research on it.

I think these are files separate to the one's Lana's supposed to have given her. They were plainly Belle Reeve ones, I mean.

They looked like files about Belle Reeve patients who displayed abilities and were transferred to Luthorcorp. I think for so long Level 3 and then 33.1 were a big passion of Chloe's... she's got to be reassessing it all from her new perspective. I'm excited to see where it will lead her.

Whatever it is she quickly closed the file when Clark and Lois came in.

I've lost track does both Lois and Chloe live in that apartment they both seem to be there all the time.

I think she was just thinking about her fears on how she could end up in Belle Reeve and become a lab rat as well, because of the whole meteor freak business. It's also very much possible that she's thinking the best way to go about investigating the 33.1 story, because as far as she knows, 33.1 has already set their sights on her as well and has her in their database, per the Freak episode.

Looks like Luthorcorp is still taking patients from Belle Reve for experimentation. I'm guessing she's trying to investigate this on her own because she's feeling weird about it all now that she knows she and her mother are meteor infected. She is taking it very personally.

I don't think Chloe got the files but I could be mistaken. maybe Lana took things but squirelled them away (hah!) somewhere. Either way, this is serious stuff and obviously Chloe was thinking about whether she will end up in Belle Reve. The bad thing was that Clark didn't stay with Chloe when she obviously needed him and instead went following EDLois off on a goosechase, further making as ass of himslef by telling EDLois he was leaving before discussing it with Chloe first. Clark, "I'm your personal bomb squad," Kent was ducking out on his word to be there for Chloe. It left a very bad taste in my mouth.

You know what else made him an ass... he told Lois the reason why he passed hanging out with Chloe at the Talon was because Lois had a near death experience...

Chloe died and came back to life.. so I guess it's different :\

I actually think it would be pretty cool if Chloe had received those files in the mail from Lana the day after her 'death'. But she probably didn't. They were probably files from "Freak" and "Progeny" she was going through.

i went back and paused it on that and i read the papers *blush* well..just the first two...and I don't think that it has anything to do with the "Cure" set up because none of them were healed...they all got transferred from belle reeve to LuthoCorp for continued testing on their abilities.....i don't know how/why she got the file..but i think the look that we saw was fear that she was going to be like them..:\
