I must say the episode is damn good. I just didn't like the explanation of how Kara crashed the same day as Clark and never got out of her ship. I would think her ship would open, or maybe react some way to the yellow sun. And why was she in suspended animation but not Clark? A good episode, but they should have given a better explanation.

her ship crashed landed in the river and that caused her ship to keep her in suspended animation and all that.

It doesn't make sense. Why would a river be any different than crashing on land?

Depends on the geography or whater. A cave underwater or some crap.

Kryptonians don't need to breathe under water (like in Aqua).

Yeah, but the onboard AI probably wasn't programmed with that information. Remember that according to the mythos kryptonians were xenophobes and didn't travel in space much, and certainly didn't go to a yellow sun system before (maybe). So for the most part all their technology is made for mortal, drownable people.

^^I hear you. But I think they owe us an explanation, and I'm afraid the time has passed to give us one.
