It is a bit farfetched, but its Smallville...we have people with super powers and all kinds of crazy stuff, but its all good, if it connects the story up, thats better than Lex just stumbling upon her accidentally

I'm thinking that the whole blonde wig and dress wasn't trying to blend in, but stand out so she'd be found even easier. Lana was luring Lex to her.

nah i think it WAS a disguise. that was before lex was searching for her. she STOPPED wearing the wig to make herself easier to find.

or at least that's the way i interpreted it.

No way. Blonde wig stands out in the crowd, which is what Lana wanted. Going back to her raven locks would have made her blend in.

The blonde wig was shown mainly to point out that Lana was hiding and in disguise (albeit not a good one). Whether or not she kept wearing doesn't matter in terms of the show. That's pretty much how they treated Lex's security system that was revealed in Sneeze. I expected that it would be a big thing in season 6, but it was a 1-time thing (to point out that Lex is stricter on security) like the wig was in Bizarro.
