Boom operator?

Anybody else see what looked like a boom operator when Kara was trying to focus on her hearing? It was when the camera was spinning around her and Clark came into the picture and over his head appeared to be a guy looking through a telescope, but I take that as a guy operating a boom mike.

No it ws a billboard and guy holding a trumpet I believe cause I thought it was someone spying on them but it was just a billboard.

Rewatched the scene. Pretty sure it was a billboard like Heroes4hire suggested. Boom operators and such do show up in scenes accidentally, but usually in reflections or during pan shots. That swirling scene had been edited heavily; anything in it was PLACED in it intentionally. They didn't really run in circles around her with a camara and just swipe up whatever happened to be on set =).
