I thought she was pretty, looking at the Stuff magazine pictures, but in the show, especially this episode.. I don't know.

The scenes where she's talking to Clark in his house about their family.. she's almost kind of ugly..

I wasn't really sure at first when it just came to her looks. She's attractive yeah but it was her voice that did it for me. I have to say I'm all about the voice more so then anything else.

I am really enjoying Kara!
And, not just because of her looks :)

She's a great introduction to the series and to help Clark understand his heritage. I enjoyed all of her scenes with Clark because we got to see him having to grow up and wanting to learn more about himself, which is always some good Clark.

I thought she was hot, but she made some ugly faces during quick training of hers with Clark (when she tried to concentrate and use her super hearing). She looked like she had a really bad piece of steak.

she can go either way. In the promo pictures and magazine covers she is way hot, but in some of the scenes and when she was supposed to look sad in the loft talking about krypton, she came off ugly.

Well you shouldn't be super-pretty when you look sad and are crying, so what's wrong with not looking as hot when she was supposed to be sad? Even Chloe didn't look so great when she was crying over Lois. You can't be super-sexy all the time.

Attitude, confidence, style...... these are the subtle keys to a truely hot woman .... and unfortunately this puts Kara way down on the list of Smallville hotties.

Hey everyone!!!!!!!!

Last nights episode was badass! I loved all the new special effects and I am so happy that this season of Smallville will actually be about Clark and his roots! Even tho she is gorgeous & amazing, I feel like Kara is a little awkward on the show, but I think I will get used to her- it is just weird hearing her talk about Krypton, she isn’t as good of an actor as Tom Welling. I just wonder what Clark will tell people, like Lex, etc. on who she is?!? Is Lex going to recognize her from the day she saved him?!

I can’t wait till next week!!!

I know I will anger people with this, but in my opinion Kara is suppose to be Rachel Welch curvey, not Twiggy boney.
She is suppose to be healthy, but on this show, her eyes seemed sunken. Lois and Chloe are both healthy looking, but Kara looks as if she would fight a kid for their happy meal.

Her figure is fine and not 'skinny'. Well it may be skinny to an obese person but talking from a normal perspective there is nothing wrong with it.

I hear you Boogiebear. Kara does look weird but I don't think it is that she has deep set eyes more that she has really prominent cheek bones and large eyes.

Her body if fine enough but her face is very gaunt looking - it reminds me of skeletor from He-man. Or the skeleton mask from scary movie.

Out of all the women on the show I think probably ED has the best - most womanly figure. KK is pretty but she kind of looks like a school girl she is more cute than sexy.

Chloe is actually very pretty although she doesn't have the curves. One thing I also noticed is that you never really see Chloe in anything revealing. In the aquaman episode KK & ED had bikinis on but Chloe was all covered up.

I actually didn't find Kara that attractive...I'm not sure if it was just the personality that did her in for me...but I thought she was rather....I don't know, I don't want to say ugly...because thats not it at all. I think her figure and body are amazing! I wish I had legs like that! But her face....was just, eh. I think Lana, Chloe and Lois all have gorgeous faces....and Kara just wasnt up there. Just for me any way!!! haha. :)

I can't count how many episodes Chloe wears low cut tops that show her cleavage.
Or how many episodes Chloe's shirt has come off (Truth, Freak, the upcoming Cure).

KK has never worn a bikini on the show. In Aqua, she wore a one peice bathing suit with a wrap overtop. In Nicodemus, she had a complete body double. KK is the only regular girl (besides Martha) who doesn't show her body on the show.

I find it quite amusing the divide on Kara Kent. The women think she isn't all that and the men think she is the sexiest woman on the show. I'm afraid I just don't see it myself but it proves my theory that men are impressed by a nice body and long blond hair - they are not that bothered what the face looks like so girls who have that can get away with not actually being that pretty. Men will flock around them like flies.

Personally I don't think LV is all that compared to the other ladies on the show. She comes in 4th place behind ED, KK & AM. In terms of womanly bodies ED has the best out of all them as she curves in all the right places and a pretty face.

Also was it just me or did LV's face look less gaunt by the end of the Kara episode? Looked like she'd gained a bit of weight and her cheekbones didn't seem quite so angular - either that or they rouged up her cheeks to make them look fuller.

The underwear scene in Nicodemus was a body double. You never see a continuous shot of KK's face and her body. She also said in an interview that the whole swimming pool scene (taking her clothes off, shots in her underwear, doing a cartwheel on the diving board) were all body doubles.

The episode where she goes skinny dipping with Clark is called Slumber. If you watch it, you'll see the only time you see any of her body is when she takes off her shirt, and in that shot, you don't see her face. You can tell it's a body double because the double's chest is a lot bigger than KK's.

As for the scene with Lex in the Halloween episode, all we see is her back, and I don't consider that anything revealing.

i've figured it out. the writers didn't want to get someone who would show up the rest of the cast. i'm sure they could have gotten an ultra sexy actress....model type. but then that would take the spotlight off of lana and lois.

so they hired laura who is hot for sure...but her look is more rounded. cheeks. more cute than classic model beautiful. she has a different look from lois and lana....so they can work together.

There is no competition for Tom there!! Not that she sucks but he is a better actor, a perfect ten and Clark Kent is a better character to me =)

P.S. LV does have a beautiful face to me and I am a girl. I think it is cute and sweet. If anyone is gonna fight a kid over their happy meal, it is Lana.
