Missed opportunities & things that you would change looking back to improve Kara

I thought of this when I read that Clark teaching Kara her hearing power reminded people of Jonathan helping Clark, and I think it would have been mildly interesting if in the chaos, it showed clips from Clark learning it with all the tools going and Jonathan whispering, "Focus on my voice, son." And all that stuff. Then when she heard Clark could a nostalgic look or something. Just very subtle reminders of what his dad did... Although that's pretty damn cheesy.
Also if htey're going to pay for the effects to make this chick fly, I feel like they should allow Clark to fly... It's getting ridiculous

I think a missed opportunity was not explaining why Kara was in suspended animation.

I would've liked some explanation of when the FOS came back on line, and Clark became aware of it. Because that was never really addressed in S6, and then suddenly, there's the FOS working, and Jor-El talking again.

Wasn't it after Rya died? But also Clark didn't know it worked... Yeah that's pretty bad continuity...
Also why couldn't they make Bizarro a five episode arc or something? I don't see why SV can't handle that, when shoes like Heroes do... It was sort of a one punch kill... Why not show him getting more powerful and raising the stakes a little? I'm ready to see Clark save the WORLD for the first time...
I'm also worried where this Jorel Zor el thing's going... Jor el's had enough character alterations already...

Well, it happened in Fallout. And Clark went there for a purpose, so he knew it was revived and he did the reviving. I had a theory that Lionel revived it since they never showed who did. But that is null & void now, unless Lionel (when meeting with Clark & MM in Phantom) told Clark that he revived it offscreen (unlikely).

But if Clark revived it, then didn't he use the energy stored up in Raya's/Jor-El's crystal to do it? And wasn't Zod's existence in that crystal, meaning that Zod's soul was consumed since he would have to use the crystal to revive the FOS making Zod's body & soul/phantom gone forever?

My Lionel reviving the FOS theory was to explain that Lionel used the other pieces of the octagonal Brainiac power source that were left unresolved to restore the FOS rather than Jor-El's crystal, meaning that Zod is still around in the crystal. But the thing is, we don't know how the crystal works because they spent too much damn time on other crap (like Lexana, Ollie, Chloe-Jimmy loves scenes, etc) last season to explain this. Did the crystal send Zod to the PZ after sucking him in? If it did, then how would it get energized? Also, what happened to the broken dagger? Was it swept under the Luthor mansion rugs and never found?

I also have another question regarding Jor-El's crystal. It seemed like when the Bizarro phantom crashed into it in Phantom, it shattered. Why would a crystal with the great "S" symbol shatter so easily, yet Raya's would have to be broken by a physical Kryptonian (not a phantom)?

Also, what was that other crystal Kara was using to locate Clark? It looked almost exactly like Jor-El's crystal.
