And I'm not talking about his flying power, either!

I know he is interested in people like himself and maybe he found one in Claire but WHAT A PERV!!!

What type of person comes over to a friend's (presumably) house to show her a book and, instead of knocking on the door or ringing the doorbell, he walks to the nearest ground-level window and starts snoopin? What was he hoping to see? I'm sure it wasn't the beautiful Claire sans pinkie toe. (that was a bonus).

I know the whole flying thing gives him some freedom and maybe a complex about watching people but, come on...

The Powers could have had him find out another way and not throw him into total stalker mode. This, coupled with him flying outside her window equals PEEPING TOM PERV!!!

He's just a bit weird and doesn't seem to understand personal space. That's not some huge evil "OMG PEEPING TOM PERV" type thing. He can learn given someone who'll take the time to befriend him and teach him about boundaries. Hopefully Claire can do that and we won't have to endure an OMG THE OUTCAST IS TEH EVIL type storyline.

As a father, if I caught some boy sneaking around my daughters window peaking in...he would receive the biggest beating the world has ever witnessed, and then he would have his body severed into many small chunks...no one would ever find him.

I'm cool with that if you're cool with going to jail for life for doing so. I do think Noah would have broken a couple of fingers if he caught him, though.

If it was ever discovered, he was trespassing, he was carrying something I thought was a weapon (so what if it turned out to be a book?) I acted in self defense ;)

My guess is that he's lonely - he's discovered this cool power and can't tell anyone about it because he's seen that movie 'The Boy Who Could Fly' and just can't deal.

He's walking up to Claire's front door and see's her on the couch and then see's the big scissors and then is curious.....sees the toe fly off and just lingers because he can't believe what he just saw.

I mean - let's be honest - Claire is not exactally acting norm either - I know she's trying to blend in but freaking out and asking a zillion questions about regeneration while all other times keeping really quiet - yeah....uhm.....great blending in there Claire.....

the seeing her cut off her toe from the door thing doesnt explain him hovering outside her window in the first episode.

Oh that..... ahahahahahaha.... I was just talking about this episode.....

No the hovering outside of her window from last episode - no way is that cool. Peter Pan gone horribly wrong. Def stalker there.... I was just focusing on his behavior this episode - we'll see what he does next episode -

Reminded me of Superman Returns... :p

I am with pycer on ripping him to shreds if I caught one outside checking out my daughter.

However, I think he is just a confused kid who thinks he has found someone with to relate.
As a young unpopular (probably by choice) teen boy, he is more than likely afraid of rejection, thus the sneaking around.

Ha ha ha. its claire's fault for being so careless and cutting off her toe in plain sight of an unobscured window when she obviously has a stalker, lol.

Yes, all teenage girls should now be instructed in the danger of strangers watching you through your window when you cut your toes off.

Then you sir are sick and I cannot wait till the father of some girl you obsess over kills you painfully or the police get to beat you with their nightsticks and taze you into unconsciousness.

 - nice.

Mental note...if for some reason I try to cut off a toe, remember to close the window/shades lol

I'm still willing to give West a chance......to get past the creepy vibe... maybe he's a troubled youth lol - well, I mean clearly he is.... he flys and he lurks outside girl's windows.... I mean what is this...Animal House mixed with Saw? ;)

It's kinda funny to me that Claire's dad can hide in plain site but Claire seems to have a problem accomplishing that simple task.... he needs to train his daughter better.

I'm sure you'd end up like Sylar's mom then... Scissors through the chest... next victim please.......

I would sass you for being dirty.... but man... what I wouldn't do to Milo (not Peter..... since that's just a character he plays lol) no scissors involved

Hey, at least the kid reads.
That is more than some kids today.
If you don't plug it in and it don't have a game pad, most kids I know don't bother. :p

(he says while sitting behind a computer all day)

lol - I know right. I don't get kids now days. Sure I love video games just as much as the next person but damn - it's called fresh air - get some. lol.....

And West is reading a decent book - I guess we could read into it that a book brought them (or most of them) together ;)

I don't know if I'd ever want kids in the state the world is in now..... but I guess the clock is a ticking lol.....

I taught my daughter to read well before she started school. They wouldn't let her into pre-K because she was too far advanced, and wanted her to skip first grade too, I wouldn't let them do that because she (like all kids IMO) need to learn more than the three "R"s, they need to learn how to be with other kids they don't know yet.

Same with Claire, she needs someone to relate to so she doesn't feel isolated.

nothing creepy about "relating" with a girl through a window in the bushes while she doesn't know i'm watching and it is dark out and she's brushed her hair twelve times and is now moving onto the 13th and..... oh, sorry got a little carried away
