View Full Version : Mrs. Bennet=Candice???
It's great that Mrs. Bennet seems cool with all of this now - but she seems to be asking a lot of questions. WHAT IF she has been switched out for Candice again? I mean - she was asking details about those paintings etc - it's cool that she's got an active interest - but what if...... what if Candice is working for another one of the Nine (now Eight) left who wants to get info and the painting so they can avoid the death coming........

Couple of questions:
Candice is the one that can shape shift, i.e. turn into another person correct?
Secondly, at what point did Claire's mother know about Claire's abilities? I thought Bennett kept wiping her memory of it, but it got to a point where it was hurting her.

The Haitian was on the run, & not available to wipe everyone's mind after the fire at the Bennett house.
Candice can't shapeshift. Her power is, that she shifts everyone's perception.
The difference being, she also shifts the surroundings.
Candice isn't dead. She returns in episode 3, and will still be played by Missy Peregrym (now on the show "Reaper."). ;)

Mrs. Bennet didnt have her memory wiped since 'Company Man' when clair did all that healing in broad daylight. They have all just been filled in on exactly whats goin on is all. The guy who says candice is dead is saying that because somewhere someone said that because the actress who played her is doing a new show or somthing so she left the cast....

Yes, sort of. She alters people's perceptions to where they see what she wants them to see. She can not alter her actual physical shape.

After the finale where the Bennett's home is burned by Ted, the Haitian takes Claire and leaves, he does not wipe anyone's minds after the fire.

People are getting confused, because they saw Candice killed, in one of Heroes "future" trips.
Future trips? LOL - I don't remember her being killed - just that someone had her power.... ;) thus she was dead in a future that no longer exists (I shall miss you future peter)
But yeah - she's not dead, she alters perception - more details on the heroes website or in the spoiler section :)

Remember when Noah (HRG) & Candice, were running an "underground railroad" for people with abilities.
Matt Parkman was a bad guy. He busted in & killed Candice & maybe HRG too. I can't remember.

He didn't kill Candice - that was Wireless that was killed in the Future Episode... she was helping HRG.... Candice wasn't there - she was already dead by Sylar's hand.....
and oh yeah - Peter does look like he'll turn out to be a badazz - nice mix of the old and future Peter and we get PRESENT PETER lol

No worries - I'm just way up on my Heroes because I watch 2 days, 10 hours a day, getting a friend up to date on everything Heroes - so he'd be ready for the new season lol.... he's a bit of an addict now lol.....

I have a DVR so I'll be watching it later too - the checking out if there's commentary tomorrow on the NBC website :)
