Bizarro has the best teaser that I have seen in a long time.

Eh, the promos were seriously lacking this year. I liked the ones we got, but I didn't think they were the best. I think the promos for Crusade, Arrival, and Zod were all more exciting, personally.
But the episode certainly outdid any of those, so it's all good.

uh I wasn't refering to the promos for the episodes. I was talking about the teaser at the beginning of the episode.

By teaser you mean recap?

Well a teaser is a promo, like the very short clip we got of Kara flying before any other promos came out. If you mean recap, I had no way to know you meant recap, because teaser is not what it's called.
If you mean the recap, I agree it was on of the best, I liked the recap at the beginning of Phantom better, though.

by far the best teaser was Zod's last year when Lex said, "kneel before Zod"
that was just pure awesomness-plus CW was new, so they did more advertising.
the recap for this season was better than previous seasons imo

on tv show a teaser refers to the first act of an episode right before the opening titles seqence. it usually ends with a surprise or twist right before the openning credits.
not all shows have a teaser. for example the pilot of smallville didn't have a teaser. in it's case it didn't have one becuz it didn't have an opening seqence yet.
but some shows don't have what is considered a teaser becuz their oepning credits run at the very beginning of the show.
I think most of you have been confusing a teaser with promo becuz when it comes to Movies a teaser is refered to as the very first trailer (usaully short) to come out for a certain film.
for example here is the "teaser" trailer for the dark knight.

oh an btw the reason why I thought it was so great is because unlike most teasers on smallville that seem to have a dark undertone. this one seem to be on the upside.
with clark saving someone and using his powers in front of them and not caring.

In the TV biz, maybe that is what it's referred to. Online and in common speak, a teaser means the first teaser trailer, and a recap is the scene at the beginning of a show detailing what happened last time prior to the opening scene.
