haha, how many blue and red jackets do you think he has?
haha, and question. in the finale last season, when the phantom replicated clark, how did he get clothes, and different ones at that?

Oh Lord not the return of "i hates teh red jacket" threads. It makes me happy that he's wearing the red jacket in the action figure, cause I can giggle at all the losers that think him wearing the superman colors is somehow a bad thing. :)

Yeah it's time for Clark to get new clothes. That's the first thing I thought when I saw that red jacket again.

Honestly... I want to see the man in some earth tones... I know it won't happen but dress him up in some green and brown.

Green and brown needs to stay with Green Arrow, thanks. :) No matter what clothes they put Clark in it needs to be at least close to primary colors.

lol This reminds me of Power Rangers and how no matter what, the ranger is wearing their color. Of course, that was to help kids remember who was who... but still there's a correlation.

I like that they use the red and blue, but they could mix up the clothing once in awhile. If you opened up his closet all you would see were red and blue shirts and jackets! What about a red zip up hoodie and a blue t-shirt underneath it? Or a blue shirt with a red stripe across it or something?

I am just waiting for an episode to start in the smallville department store or whatever, close up of clark's face.
Clark: "What do you mean you are out of red jackets"
saleswoman: "I am sorry sir you bought the last jacket yesterday. What do you do with these jackets anyway?"
Clark: ".....The washing machine collapsed, it must of been unstable"

Get over it, he'd look like an idiot in Abercrombie and Fitch garb. This is Smallville, about Clark Kent, not Smallville, about how hot Tom Welling could look.
Clark Kent is SUPPOSED to be an average t-shirt and jeans guy. Might as well complain about Superman always wearing the same outfit while you're at it.

I have the same red jacket. Nearly 7 blue t shirts. One blue long sleeve.
You know you watch too much smallville when...

I understand its an homage to the superman suit, but isnt once in awhile enough? He's been wearing the same outfit for like 3 seasons now, like its a american cartoon. C'mon enough enough too much of one thing is never good, give us some variety.

He's worn different clothes when the occasion calls for it. Most occasions don't call for it. It's not like the Kents can afford a fabulous wardrobe anyway, even with Martha's seat on the senate.

Well they can always afford to get there trucks fixed, so a new shirt and jacket prob wont put a dent in the wallet

Even the poorest saps can usually afford to get a car or truck repaired if they know the right people. The Kents are a well-liked member of a farming community (at least by those who aren't meteor freaks), they have friends. It's different to go to a friend and ask for a little help with your truck then it is to go ask for clothes. But really, this is just a silly argument, and I still find it hilarious to see people complain about it. Again, hilarious that he's wearing it in his action figure, makes me happy.

I liked it better when Clark wore more button shirts.
If you look at an early season, his jacket was brown. In the 'behind the scenes' interview w/ the clothing designed, they said they bought a boatload (like thousands) of the brown jackets and just dye them blue and red, so...sadly Clark will NEVER run out of those jackets.

i have no problem with clark wearing other clothes than bright blue and red.
Probably why I like Kal so much is that it was tom wearing black and something not blue+red.
