Would you skip work to watch a Season premiere of Smallville ?

Would you skip work to watch a Season premiere of Smallville ? I had to work so I missed the Season 7 Premiere. Should I have skipped work to watch it ? Was it that good ? After the two minute fight between Lexzod and clark for the Season 6 Premiere I decided to skip it.

I absolutely love love smallville but in no way would I blow off work to watch it when there's Dvr and VHs to tape it.

(I'm kidding, I have a VCR, but DVR is just another acronym to me at this point, it's a long time coming before I can afford it working crappy jobs in East TN.)

You can get a TV card for the computer that works somewhat like a DVR, I have two that does, I got both for free with a rebate from CompUSA.

It all depends where you work. I'm a student, and I would have skipped a class. Unfortunately, where I live, we don't get any repeat airings until they come on ABC Family the next year.

when i was in 8th grade , i skipped out on a wrestling match to watch the series finale of mash.
But today with DVR , I never sweat missing my shows.
DVRs is the greatest TV invention ever.
