This won't change the dynamic. Lois will make fun of him for it later, he'll give the lame "I wasn't myself" excuse. BUT I think Lois kinda sorta liked it, so maybe she will have her moments of sometimes seeng Clark in a different light, but she will shrug off her feelings and concentrate on something different.

I am a little confused did Clark's memories up until Bizzaro took his form go along with his DNA in other words does Bizzaro know what Clark knew before they started fighting in the finale? If so then maybe he was acting on Clark's Hidden feelings for Lois which we know are there he has shown this in Crimson and Hydro

Bizarro and Lois won't really have chemistry I think, Bizarro will just have a thing for her. Then Clark will end up having to explain everything, which would be kinda weird.
