Anyone remember that show ? It was THE COOLEST show EVER !
Right now they`re showing it OVER AND OVER on a german tv channel (4 episodes BACK 2 BACK,5 days a week !!!),
And I`m still not tired of watching. This is one of these shows that never get old. The jokes are still funny , especially when
Will looked directly into the camera (now Frankie Muniz does that in Malcolm in the Middle - what a ripoff !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!).

If there was ever a show that needed to be on DVD, it is the Fresh Prince of Bel Air. Very cool show and the characters were all great. Uncle Phil and Carlton were my two favorite characters. Geoffrey was great too, and of course Will Smith himself was pretty cool too.

I still have the whole theme song memorized :

"Now... this is a story all about how
my life got flipped, turned upside down,
and I'd like to take a minute, just sit right there
I'll tell you how I became the prince of a town called Bel-Air
In... West Philidelphia born and raised
on the playground is where I spent most of my days,
chillin' out, maxin', relaxin', all cool
and all shooting some b-ball outside the school
When a couple of guys said "we're up to no good"
started making trouble in my neighborhood,
I got in one little fight and my mom got scared
she said "you're movin' with your uncle and auntie in Bel-Air"
I whistled for a cab and when it came near
the license plate said "fresh" and had dice in the mirror,
if anything I could say this cab was rare
but I though now forget it, yo homes to Bel-Air
I pulled up to a house about seven or eight
and I yelled to the cabby "yo homes, smell ya later,"
I looked at my kingdom, I was finally there
to settle my throne as the prince of Bel-Air"

TBS airs it twice a day in order. It is the perfect chance for anyone to tape it, who is looking to get the whole series in order. They even air the holiday episodes when they come up. A lot of stations skip holiday episodes, and save them for holiday marathons.

I loved that show, I loved the one episode where Will and his girlfriend was stuck in the room, and her contacts feel off, then her wig then her nails ext..

Yeah, Fresh Prince was a great show. Those in jokes like when they refer to Willīs earliest songs or the fact that itīs just a tv series were hilarious. I loved it when Uncle Phil yelled at or scared the crap out of somebody who really deserved it. Oh, and when they changed the actress to play Aunt Viv and Jazz told her she looked different since she had a baby! I wish there could be more shows like that.

I loved Carlton's dance to "It's Not Unusual," by Tom Jones.

I especially liked it when him & Will both did it. Ha ha ha! :)

This was a great show. I loved the earlier ones the best. I saw a marathon of these a few months back.

My favorite one was the one where that guy in the clown suit wanted to commit suicide and took hostages. It turned out to be a ploy and the bomb he had stapped on him was fake. Uncle Phil was so pissed in the courtroom. I think Will had a line that the clown couldn't even commit suicide without screwing up, which made me crack up.

Yep, I loved this show too. Anyone from my generation that claims they don't know the theme song either lived in a bubble, or are lying.

The theme song kicked ass.
