This is very interesting.
What, exactly is the "DSC way of life?", and what kind of individuals are like minded to the organization?

I'll answer it myself but first I'll write what the DSC has said....
What exactly is the Divide Social Club?
Russ is answering the question ;)
The DSC is an idea that my friend came up with. We really like the social club environment of the 50's and 60's and I think we all wanted to continue the tradition.
The idea stemmed from the family of my "friend" and Dino's amazing family.
One day my friend came home with a shirt that said DIVIDE SOCIAL CLUB and it all kind of began...
The shirt had a front pocket - I told him I hate front pockets. He smoked and wanted a place to put his cigarettes.
The DSC is a group of friends that look out for one another.
*********************
Basically it's a club/organization for anyone and everyone who wants to be part of something bigger - who has the positive proactive mind set that they want to embrace learning new things and hoping to break social boundaries. It's basically a loose social club for people to look out for one another. Like a second or third family in a sense. It's a club to just be yourself. Does that make sense : ;)
All I can say is that through the DSC I've met some cool people and have some good laughs while being able to express myself.
The DSC is fairly new - so it's still finding itself but from what I've seen of it thus far I'm a happy camper ;)
Purpose for posting it here: Milo is one of the co-founders and it's a decent org and I thought some people might be interested in it. Not trying to convert those who don't want to be converted - it aint' no damn cult lmao ;)
Direct verbatim from the DSC MS Page ;)
DSC SPEECH:
You got to believe.
This group was founded on faith and belief. Everything in the Divide Social Club has been created on faith and a commitment of excellence, a commitment to each other.
Dino once asked, "What does the Divide Social Club mean to me?" One: it means friends, Two: It means family. Where people care about you, not because you are famous or because things go well, but people who generally care.
The other thing the Divide Social Club means to me is a set of standards and commitment.
We are not here to defend anything. We are going out to fight for it. Nobody gives you anything in this world. People can give you money, they can give you wealth, they can give you fame. The one thing no one can give you is respect. The self-respect you give yourself. The way you live your life. The way you believe. The way you do things. This is a group of respect.
You are DSC. You are special. You represent The Divide Social Club; you represent everybody that came before you and everyone that will come after you.
At DSC there is a spirit. The spirit is something within you. You have to listen to that spirit and fight for it. You have to believe in it and live it, everyday.
Thank you.
