Is that code talk for something ? More cowbell?
No. SV needs no more cowbell, Its too obtuse as it is. The wind is orange for the same reasons of intergalactic turmoil amongst us.
Mabye more cowbell would permeate the structure and bring years of reversed lava flow. That would make for a huge pineapple huh guy!

there should be no leaving to lay the track down later...or letting the group convince him it's okay without it...

Straight up this is the best thread in the history of this website. I woulld kill for a episode of Christopher Walken popping up in the middle of no where saying "I need more cow bell", then Will Ferrell thrusting his hips across the screen smashing a cow bell, and then everyone just goes back to what they are doing.

And anyone who doesn't get this thread it I feel bad for you because you are seriously missing out, go rent "The best of Will Ferrell on Saturday Night Live Vol. 2", actually don't rent it buy it.

OK, when I saw this thread, I had to lol. Walken is one of my all time favorites... as "The Continental" or the plant (with the eyes) caretaker, as Dickinson, his movie roles. Thanks for cowbell, people. Yes, Smallville would benefit greatly from the cowbell. :-)

With the Season 8 finale leaving the plot in a bit of a mess, more cowbell would definitely be the most viable solution for many reasons.

1. It explains Lois' trip to the future. Maybe the Legion needs her to bring more cowbell to Smallville to bring Clark back from his self-imposed exile.

2. On the other hand, it explains Zod's appearance. Zod has come back to play the mighty cowbell and have adoring fans kneel before him.

3. It could break Chloe's depression. Chloe has lost everyone she loves, so taking up the cowbell could stop her from going emo.

4. It's low budget! All you need is a cowbell.

Bonus Aspects that would help the series:
Lex will return if he heard some cowbell.
Clark would fly if he saw a cowbell in a place that he could not reach.

So overall, Smallville definitely needs more cowbell.

Don't forget that Lana is afraid of cowbell & it will keep her away. Cowbell may also make Jonathan rise from his grave & be a homing beacon for Martha to return to the farm.

I've never understood why it was so hard to find. Yet, NBC probably just wants their mosst-prized SNL skit to be hidden. Though, on E! they run The Best of Will Ferrel from time-to-time, and the cowbell sketch is on one of them.

Is cowbell wordplay for kal-el? Does anybody here miss Callum Blue as major Zod? I think he did a spectacular job, and I think Clark got rid of the Kandorians with too much ease last season. IMO they could've gotten at least 1 more season out of Zod and the rebels. It was interesting showing the other side to a kryptonian, instead of a boyscout.
