Kryptonite?

I know of 3 types, only watched up to the 4th series, since I didn't even know it existed till a few years ago and I couldn't buy them, so I am watching them on the web.

Anyhow:

Red Kryptonite.

Green Kryptonite (Obviously).

Black Kryptonite.

My questions are:

1.Are there going to be any more Kryptonite colors?

2. What does Black Kryptonite do? I saw the episode where Lionel transferred bodies with Clark using black Kryptonite, but what is it's specific use?

In episode Transferrence, Clark switched bodies with Lionel because of a Kryptonian artifact. That was not black-k. However in episode Onyx, when Lex was exposed to black-k, he was split in two: good and bad Lex. The same happened in Crusade with Clark.

To my understanding, black-k splits a person in two, but it also puts them back together.

in the comics there is blue and clear too. i dont remember what they do.

Blue K is Bizarro's weakness(like Green K) and I don't think I've ever heard of Clear K.

I've heard that there is also Rainbow K. They had it in the comics but it only showed up in dream sequences b/c it takes away his powers...permanently. Superman would have horrible dreams where he lost his powers and the world fell to ruin.

Clear kryptonite appeared in "Visage" when the spaceship changed the necklace. I don't know if any new types of kryptonite will appear on the series. The most likely one will be blue kryptonite, if it appears in "Bizarro".

Gold Kyrptonite. Which probably won't be on the show, but that's another one no one has mentioned. It removes superpowers from Kryptonians permanently.

i just went and look at my comics cause it was irratating me....but in the #0 supergirl comic lex has this suit he wears and in the knuckles of the gloves is each different krypt. red, green, blue, clear, and black.

Clear kryptonite has never appeared in the comics and it clearly didn't have any effect on Clark in the show. I assume its inert, or maybe that was white k they were representing, which wasn't harmful to kryptonians but was harmful to all plant life (kryptonian or earth).
