we all know about the lame excuses clark uses to hide his abilities and secrets but which one was evreybodys favourite?

ummmmmm not excuses but when lex said "clark your hymnoties how eles could you throw me agross the room like that"

that was almost as if lex was subconsiously covering for clark

My favorite was in Onyx when he said "I was lucky" to evil Lex. He obviously doesn't know that evil Lex is not stupid like good/regular Lex. I laugh my butt off everytime I watch that scene.

That's why I like it so much. It was such a bold faced lie. Clark lies through his teeth. Whenever I watch that, I always say "My ass you were lucky".

I don't remember which episode it was but Clark pulled Lex up from falling in a warehouse and Lex asked "how did you do that?"

Clark said.... "Adrenaline, I guess."

omigosh, my favorite was in the 1st season (craving) when he and chloe were at an animal hospital to find a deer that had died, and the door was locked, and chloe turned to go get someone, and clark broke the lock, and chloe goes "how did you unluck it" and clark says, "it's the kent charm" omigosh, i laughed so hard. how can you CHARM a door open?! BWAHAHAHA! oh boy, still makes me laugh just thinking about it.

When bullet shot by lana was deflected back behind her and then Lana talks to Clark and tells him that she fired the bullet and it hit behind her in the window. And Clark said It must have had bounce off something.

It was in response to how Clark heard something from far away. He said he "missed" too many Linkin Park concerts. This implies that because he didn't go to a lot of loud concerts that his hearing was just naturally better than others, who might have attended such concerts. It was really just a silly throw-away line, but it makes sense unless you examine it too closely (like if the person he said it to would actually attend such concerts).

Adrenaline, luck, and during the episode 'Crisis' when Lana calls Clark from the future and gets shot by Adam, Clark blamed it on "maybe there was some sort of time warp with that phone call.."

I like from Jitters in S1 when Lex asks Clark "How did you pull us up" and Clark says "adrenaline I guess".. LOL I also liked when Lex asked Clark how he got into the mansion in the Pilot, and Clark said "I guess I kinda just squeezed through the bars".

Actually, the funny thing is that it was adrenaline since he was being severely weakened by the kryptonite in Earl's body.

I've always thought telling Lex that the strength Lionel had when he was in Clark's body resulted from the transferrence was really lame. Made no sense at all.

My most favorite -- I love the times when Clark tells Lex he's working on a term paper.
