The Ninth Doctor

After Watching FYG again, there are some major problems with Hana's storyline.
In FYG, she is still alive, but she dies in the comics. I know, I know,
"but FYG was an alternate future!"
"Hiro Changed the Past!"
"It's just a show! And your confusing theories on time travel are getting annoying!"
FYG was not an alternate future, it was THE future at the point Hiro jumped. And while Hiro did change the past, he did not jump back far enough to change Hana's story.
In the comic, Hana takes out the satelite
before HRG goes after Molly. Hiro jumps back after HRG goes after Molyl. And even if, say weeks took place in between panels of the webcomic, how would Peter destroying New York prevent Hana from going after the satelite? If anything, it would ensure it, as she &HRG would not want Nathan and the gov getting there hands on such a tracking system.
