Who should TPTB bring on as a new character for Smallville?

I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right spot, so I apologize in advance to the moderators if they have to move or merge this thread.

As S7 approaches, which new character would you like to see introduced into the world that is Smallville?

Well, I'd like to see Green Lantern, and from the supervillain side, Metallo. SV needs to pump up the action with a few supervillains, so Clark is forced to use his full potential. The meteor freaks, supersoldiers are just a little bit limited I think.
