So of course it is possible that can live or can die but:
Another theory that I havent seen yet is the one we have all seen! Sylar becomes Nathan! Sylar can over the break or in the first few eps kill and take Candices power! Giving him the chance to come back in Nathans place. This would allow aspects of "FIve years gone" to survive without the whole story. Plus it give another character to come back but as a villian! (or Virrian)
