That sucks ass
Whaat? You're saying she's dead?
Oh it better not be so!
To have one healing tear and that's it?
:(
Smallville, you can't have 2 people die, one person be revived and then another die!!

Of course not ! She's not going to die

Chloe's dead, face it. 1 person died in the finale, it was Chloe.
Lana obviously wasn't hurt. The van went in front of the car before it blew. Lex knew nothing of the death. Lana did it to stage her own death so lex wouldn't chase her.

Make me third on the "you best NOT kill off Chloe!" sentiment. Al & Miles, you guys had better bring her back; I don't care if she's wheelchair-bound or some other s**t; keep the blonde beauty alive!:(

The effects are most likely temporary...Chloe is already confirmed to be on season 7 and so is Lana so stop being stupid.

My god people, I seriously doubt that Chloe is dead.
Why would Lois pull Chloe from the dam? If anything Chloe is just barely alive. Perhaps she needs a dose of Kryptonite to revive her or just time. Besides, she can't be dead because, well... anyone that has read the spoiler forum will know what I was going to say.

Um wasnt it said all along by the shows makers that two people leave and that one of the two dies, two people who leave: Martha=Washington, Chloe=died...

Chloe is not dead. Neither is Lana.

But on second thought, isnt Alison in the write up for Season 7? So i guess Lana, Chloe, and Lionel will all be alive and well come Season 7.

Come on people. They've been doing this for the past five seasons. It's no different this time, everyone will be safe and sound next season's premiere.

Hopefully, saving Lois just drained alot of Chloe's life energy and she's just in a coma!

Actually, Chloe IS dead. Her superpower was finally revealed: She had the ability to literally give her life. Her life was exchanged for the dying Lois.
It's too incredible...Chloe's gone! :(

I can't imagine this show without Chloe. I just can't. No one else can make up for what she brings to it. It would be terrible! I thought for sure it would be Martha by the way the played the scene when she leaves the house for Washington!
Who really just died?????????

no no everyone..she's not really "dead" in the sense of not coming back on SV. she might be close to death right now, but from recent interviews from Al, they are going to "explore her powers" in season 7. she might be in a coma for a bit though...i wouldnt put it past them

I've said before that I'd try not to be too judgmental about whether or not I'd continue watching the show if Chloe was dropped from the show/died, because it's all about handling.
That said, I'm done watching it if Chloe's dead. Why? Because this is complete BS. "lolz Chloe tear = deaded, she make way for Lois, n' Lana knows secret so Chloe done!" The people at the top have had it out for her for SEASONS now, doing their best to try and artificially make her look worse in the eyes of the viewers in hopes of getting the focus back on Lana (the character they clearly want everyone to adore, especially obvious because of how much they've gone out of their way in the past to try and give Lana stereotypically desirable traits).
I wouldn't ordinarily judge whether or not I'd watch a show based on one scene for one character, but this is perhaps the worst and most insulting possible way to off the character and smacks of treating the characters like toy puppets they can force to do whatever they want.
Here's the basic formula for these type of "creative works" where the people at the top want to force a character off the show. Start by trying to sabotage the character's image in the eyes of the viewers. If it works, get rid of the character ASAP. If it doesn't, reluctantly give the character more story worth and give them an insane amount of good events for a season, then abruptly kill them at the end of the season and hope the audience will let it slide because of the "uber awesome season" they gave the character.
The only change to this formula for Chloe would be that they gave her two seasons instead of one before killing her. If they treated her death right, maybe I'd be willing to stick around after this season. I can't say for certain that I would because that's talking in hypothetical situations, but I'm pretty certain that's how I'd respond.
But what I AM certain of is this: if I'm willing to give an absolute, definite and firm statement on whether or not I'll support something if such and such a thing happens, I mean it. I've done it with other series and properties I've adored in the past, dropping Smallville from my list of things to occupy my time would be easy. Ultimately, this isn't about me being a "Chloe fan" or anything of that sort. It's about wanting to see the characters treated right (as in not rag dolls to be thrown around and beaten any which way the people in charge desire).

How could Chloe be in a coma? She was STONE COLD WHITE, as in your friendly neighborhood corpse! If they do bring her back, puh-leeeze let it be a more creative way than a Kryptonite or alien/meteor freak DNA injection.

Chloe gave her life in exchange for Lois' maybe now since Lois has Chloe's life energy, she will be more Chloelike.

oh gawd.
They do this every season finale....everyones lifes will be in the balance.
Considering AM and KK are BOTH in the write up for next season, while AoT isnt, I think that pretty much explains whos gone.
That and the Gouglars interview of planning to explore Chloe's freakness next season. And pimp Chimmy to no end.
Havent actaully seen the finale yet...but from the sound of it sounds like the worst one in SV history! Ehhh....I'll skip it!

I found this at *** about Chloe's future on Smallville..
iF: It was revealed this season that Chloe is herself a "meteor freak", but as yet, apart from her mothers ability to control her in "Progeny," her abilities have yet to manifest themselves. Why was the decision made to do this, and will her powers be revealed this season, as has been rumored?
GOUGH: The idea that Chloe had a power was always something in the back of our minds, but we didn't want it to be a cheap trick, we wanted the audience to be invested in the character and her relationship with Clark, and if we were going to do it, it was to deepen the character, which we think it does, and will allow us to keep exploring Chloe in season 7. You'll see her power first manifest in the season finale.
That doesn't sound like they plan on killing her off for good.

Since it was mention on the tv guide magazine that Allison Mack powers would be more explore next year.
It a good bet that she will be back next season.
How she recovers from using her powers and how lois revive her is a other question answer for next season.

Yeah, um, if you go to the news page here on Ksite it has the link to the official CW write up announcement of Season 7 with the regulars for next season being: TW, KK, MR, ED, AM, oh and AA is becoming a regular too.
And yeah, tptb wanting to explore Chloe's meteor freakness into season seven and that they've been planning this for a while and waited until the audience was "invested in Chloe and her relationship with Clark" before doing this.....that is...whatever the heck they think they are doing.

Chloe's probably like the empath on Original Star Trek - takes the wound into herself then repells it.
Unfortunately, Lana's obviously not dead either.

you know what REALLY irks me about that interview with Al?...if he would just think for a minute, he would realize that her fans DO INDEED THINK IT IS A CHEAP TRICK!
the timing of this meteor power couldnt be more convenient...and Al even ADMITS that he waited until we were 'invested' in the character to pull this stunt!...
get back in touch with reality and with your fans AL. PPl do think it is a cheap trick:\

Chloe is not going to die. Go check the main page. It says she is a cast member for next season. And I know the writers of Smallville get a little soap opera-ish..but they wont go all "One Life To Live" and leave Chloe in a coma for the season.

My guess is that Chloe just passed out from using her powers for the first time. Also, I didn't see any green tears either. That spoiler was wrong. The tear looked clear to me which I'm actually happy about considering the fact that Chloe has cried many times over the course of the series and no green tears have been seen.

Maybe Chloe is stuck in Lois' head? It seemed her "essence" left her body and into Lois' mind? Is Chloe now Lois' "Jiminy Cricket"? Does Chloe help Lois into the Daily Planet?

Just a thought here. If you had to heal someone who was nearly dead, it might make sense that she would be wiped out to the point of near death herself. What seems to be being overlooked and leads me to really think Chloe is going to be OK is that Lionel at the end was put through a concrete wall, with a piece of dam superstructure sitting on top of him looking like a gonner himself. He might have been working for Jor-El, but his body is still human, no special indestructable body there (see the cuts and bruises from the jeep explosion). If you put the pieces together, I think Chloe is going to be with us for some time to come...

Great cliffhanger, but does anyone really think that any of the main characters are going to die? They will all be written in until the end, except maybe Lionel when Lex will probably kill him. Chloe's fine and so is Lana.

Did anybody else think, "Why doesn't she just call Clark to help her get Lois out of there?" It's what she does any other time she's in trouble.
yeah i thought that too, but of course then she wouldn't have been able to use her healing powers! lol
which actually weren't as bad as i thought they were going to be
