Chloe disapointing cauz clark tell lana is secret ?

Maybe she was disappointed not in that ClarkMan told Lana but that he was still attached to Lana as his first love even after all of Chloe's devotion to Clark. And yes, she still carries a torch for Clark. Jimmy is more like a spark when all else is dark.

it was pretty much reckoning all over again,he tells her he told lana...she looks disappointed for a sec then gets happy for him cause she feels he deserves it.So I agree,it could be for multiple reasons we'll prob see next yr when clark tells her lana is dead(whether she is or isn't he thinks so).

Chloe looked so disappointed. And even more disappointed when Clark said Lana kissed him when he told her. It's either because Chloe feels that Clark will no longer confide in just her or that she still has feeling for BDA. Either way - I felt a bit bad for her.

Maybe Chloe blew up Lana's car just to keep Clark all to herself. jk

even more uncomfortable is clark is still shy about telling chloe that he still loves lana and trust her now with everything.

I think that Chloe is just hurt that she is no longer the only one who knows about Clark. I just go back to Chloe's line from before Reckoning that it makes her feel special being the only one to know about it. She probably also felt hurt that Clark told Lana everything without even knowing that Lana knew about his powers.

Poor Chloe, she probably thinks Clark will start coming to see her and talk to her less often now.

Chloe likes that Clark confides in her and she's one of the few who knows his secret.

And now that she found out that not only did Clark tell Lana his secret but also kissed him.....she knows that it will change her friendship with Clark.

She thinks Clark won't confide in her as much since he's going to be with Lana who now knows his secret.

the dynamic of their friendship will definitely change.

Knowing the secret was the link that made her so special to Clark.

She can't be with Clark because he only has eyes for Lana, she can't be that special friend, she's jealous of Lana, she can't have a decent boyfriend (not that I hate Jimmy or else, but i think she deserves better..only in my opinion, of course)...Poor girl..i just feel bad for her. And she dies and get back to life...damn!!

Yes, once again, Chloe looked jealous, but I do think she was happy for him. Chloe still holds her love for Clark, even though she knows he doesn't feel the same way and despite the more important fact that she has a great guy of her own. Not even guy is going to be a good guy like jimmy AND have the physical features of Clark. Move on and be happy with the guy you have, dont overlook him like you did Pete.

Her response was beliveable. The bond she had with Clark, over his secret, had just been severed.
To add insult to injury, Lana kissed him & accepted him. Now Chloe feels like she no longer matters.
She was still hanging on to the shreaded remains/ hope of her love for him. It was underlying, but make no mistake, it WAS there.

I agree but the line that summed it all up was when Chloe said Clark is getting everything he always wanted and look at Chloe, everything she always wanted is slipping away. To be normal, Her Boy Friend leaving, Her Mom taken away from her again. Chloe is basically losing everything she not only wanted but had. That is where I think the sadness comes from.

I think this is an excelent point! Clark only talked to Chloe about his powers after she told him she knew. The only other person that Clark has told his secret to outright, that I remember, is Pete. We can hem and haw about the fact that Lana already knew but the fact is Clark was going to tell her back in Promise when he didn't know she knew anything. So the fact that he told her is a big step for Clark.

As far a Chloe is concerned. I wondered why they made such a big deal about her being disapointed. Havn't we gone over this already? Or are they making a point that this issue will resurface in season 7?

I agree,she realize that she's possibly losin everythin now,wit clark/the secret she knew their bond could never change no matter what happen(new bf/gf time part etc).But hearin that he told lana and lana accepted it and was finna leave lex meant that her role in his life would lessen in her opinion.Cause most of his probs were because he had to hide from lana,so that cuts alot of their talks short.She felt special cause it was sumthin jus like workin at the torch wit him,that they did together.Her mom troubles/bf gon/possible freak powers was hard enough but hearin that her constant is bein taken from her now she's completely alone.Which imo played a part in her cryin over lois sayin she cant lose her 2,chloe was losin sumthin from the 2 closes ppl to her in the same day.That alone was sad,but she'll get em both back next season.Her worries wit clark wont be long she'll always be the closes to him no matter who knows the secret

O I agree she saw the fortress it would have been hard to explain but he didn't have 2,she thought he was a meteor freak and was fine wit it.She jus had questions about the FOS but she was fine wit the knowledge of him bein a freak,she was jus happy he told her.He told on his own,jus like he told lana...the thing is both girls knew he had powers at that point(since reckoning didn't happen),so I was commentin on the quote of lana tonight makin the first he told on his own not even chloe.Cause thats not true,both girls knew half the secret already he jus filled in the blanks on his own when he could have left it.Thats what I credit him for,he told both girls the full truth on his own free will.Not one over the other

It's not fair to call her selfish. Chloe loves Clark and it kills her that he barely even cares for her, the only reason he sticks around is because she's a walking, talking search engine and she's the only one that he can talk to about his issues freely besides Martha. It's natural for her to be jealous, she knows things with shift greatly now that Lana knows his secret. He'll start confiding in Lana and push Chloe aside, and that's not fair to her.

her reaction is really not a big deal. is it possible we are over-analyzing it too much?...so everyone is happy to say she is jealous, she is sour and disappointed, she's selfish, and then we start comparing how Clark told Chloe versus Lana:rolleyes: ...really....

none of us know how that is going to play out next season...all we have is two friends who know his secret who apparently do different things to protect him and his secret. big deal.

as usual, she will smile, tell him she is happy that they are finally honest with each other...and then move on. she's been telling him all of season 5 to tell her the secret...so nothing unusual...he's been the one stalling...so sad or not, there is no evidence to demonsrate anything concrete.

and maybe, just maybe we can give Chloe more credit about being safe and confident in her place in Clark's life as his friend...if Lana's new knowledge causes Clark to suddenly not be the friend he has been for the past 2 years, and causes the friendship to fall apart because suddenly Chloe has no place in his life, then the problem is with Clark, not Chloe. What kind of friend would that make him?....a kind that i wouldnt want.

I felt terrible for Chloe. That sad, disappointed look was heartbreaking. Sharing the secret with Lana now is going to be tough for her because she did love being the only one. Having that special bond with Clark.
Clark did seem a little shy telling her all the details, though. Maybe because she was always pushing him to move forward and stop lingering on his feelings for Lana. It just seemed a bit odd to me.

what im waiting to see is now that lana knows clarks secret, chloe will still be his go to girl-- lana will get jealous over him running to chloe when something needs to get done. she will try to help but he will be "protecting her" by keeping her out and running off with his sidekick
