Clark finally tells Lana his secert. That makes me think she will be the one who won't be back next season.

Yeah, these few words have a surrprisingly lethal effect on poor Lana.

I think we deserve it to see this happen: Clark tells Clana his complete secret and they have a chance to clear things between them! I need to see that!
After all these years......

Agreed to it all. I think Lana is the one who won't be back (gone not dead) but they've put each other thru such total misery, she's gotta know the truth before she goes.

^^ It's a big moment for certain. However, I believe it's Martha who won't be back (she'll be in Washington) and Lana's death is presumed. Lana will be in S7 premiere, you can count on that. The fact she'll know CK's whole and unmitigated secret will change the dynamic between them but will also serve as the wedge that will keep them apart, IMHO. That's how this should play out in Season 7.

Hopefully Clark can move on now instead of thinking of what could have been.

I'd be inclined to agree if spoilers hadn't said that whoever "dies" will not be back next season. So that means Martha AND someone else (probably Lana) will not be returning. Here's a spoiler about Chloe that may help with all our "who's going to die" theories....(WARNING: MAJOR SPOILER).....
In an interview I just read on this site with Al Gough, he says something along the lines of, "With Chloe's new powers, we have a lot in store for her in season seven." Was that Gough forgetting that Chloe's a suspect for death, and just accidentally revealing to us that she lives and Lana "dies"? Or was that a trick he's playing on us?

I hope they have some closure finally, I know they will have Clark moping around saying it was his fault, or he should have saved her, t least he will be up in the loft again with the ball.
I just hope they don't do some kind of "remembering Lana" montage that takes up half the episode.

Yes, about time. Still, I would have loved for her to figure it out herself. To see her face when that light bulb came on in her head would have been priceless.

I want Lana to live because I am curious to see how she will act knowing clarks secret if they just kill her then that is dumb it kind of kills everything and we don't get to see the interaction between them about his secret, there is so much to say and tell. Although I think she will react the same way she did in reckoning.

And why would we want to see the same reaction from Reckoning? That episode was your chance to see Lana's reaction to the truth about Clark. Why watch it again? It would be boring. Killing her off is the best way to go.

No worries...those writers will get out of it somehow...
If the mindwipe kiss occurs, I'm done. I will, however, allow Chloe to make one joke ironically saying if only he could kiss her and make her forget it. Once. :D

I'm sure Lana will be back. Just read between the lines. It's a season finale. The writers have to have something exciting happen. Of course there are rumors about someone meeting their death...but do you actually think that is what is going to happen?

Well, they did do that with Chloe in the exploding building perpetrated by Lionel. Then she came back next season as well.

SPOILERS: we now know that martha is leaving that leaves the death in the air.... the death is lois but chloe saves her therefore no one actually dies

In a past episode, there are visions of the future. lana dies at age 80, peacefully in bed. End of stoty.
Chloe will not die. She may decide to become a Dr. instead of a reporter because she can save lives.
Lois cannot die.
Martha is gone, having a job in Washington and probably will become involved in a sscandal under the Bush administration
Lional is a maybe. Its difficult to believe that he would die that easily. If he were to die, it would have been more heroic, and calling Claarke son one more time, in front of Lex
