Every time I've been asked a question such as this, I've always responded with flight. I'm finding it hard to change that answer, but the Hiro's powers would be pretty cool as well.

I think I'd go with Peter's power - then you'd have a bit of everything to try out without the mess and stains of cutting people's brains out. Although Gambit's power from the X-Men is also tempting - the power of kinetic energy - or the Phoenix who can do almost anything with molecular structure and TK (but could ultimately drive one entirely insane).
