well i was guna say i thought some1 with a power would fix it... but that didnt happen =D so dont think he needs it

I thought that big guy was a "hero" with the ability to fix it. He said he would fix it if hiro's dad gave the ok, but then ando ran off with it.

His sword has to be fixed, Hiro has it in the future.

Besides why would've Mr. Nakamura trained Hiro in swordsfighting if he weren't going to use a sword?

That other man will definitely repair Hiro's sword or else Kaito will give Hiro the other sword he had. Then the new reinforced Hiro will go off to kill SYLAR like a real samurai.

The big guy said he could fix it. I just assumed that it was 'in the shop' and that we would see it next week, probably with some sort of glow behind it :p

Current Hiro has Future Hiro's sword.
In " Five Years Gone", Future Suresh took it from the dead body of Future Hiro and gave it to Current Hiro before he lept back in time.
