The character I most relate with and hope that I am most like is Martha Kent. She put off career for that which is most important to her, her family. She is a rock for Clark and was a voice of reason for Jonathan. I love how Clark feels he can come to Martha with anything and how Martha, while protective, allows Clark to find his own way and destiny. She nurtures all around her and has compassion for all. She always has good advice, but doesn’t force it on people. She is competent and puts on a confident face in spite of her fears. She is loyal and honest. In my life I try to be as good a mother, as good a person, as she is. Oh, and having a billionaire slobbering all over you, not to shabby.

I sympathise with you completely. For at least 5 years, I was totally in love with my best friend, and tragedy struck when romance was struck up. I am probably a mix between three characters:

1) Clark. I am devoted to my friends, and always try to do what I can to protect and be there for the people I care about. I also tend to blame myself for a lot of things and get into repetitive cycles, as Clark often does, but at least I'm always trying to do the right, heroic thing (even if stuff doesn't always turn out that way).

2) Chloe. I'm pretty brainy and into computers and such, so in that way we're alike. I also tend to let my feelings bubble under the surface, and even when I'm not having the best day, or I'm not happy with something, a lot of times I'll bottle it up rather than let people in, which Chloe ended up doing a lot of in Season 8 and did sometimes before that, too. Also, I am extremely loyal to my friends and the people closest to me and would never want to betray their trust. I can even be loyal to a fault, meaning my loyalty can end up being misplaced now and then, as Chloe's was with several characters from time to time, but that's part of what makes her such an interesting and cool character.

3) Jimmy. I can own up to the fact that I'm a bit... well, maybe a lot geeky, but in a nice, slightly goofy, friendly, and hopefully endearing way. He's the one that I'm honestly probably the most like personality-wise, because we're both so easy-going and casual and friendly on the surface, even if there are a lot of things going on underneath.

This is an interesting thread. Good topic! I'm not sure it really belongs in the "Games" category, but it's still quite cool.
