I mean this goes well into Superman territory, comic books ect....

But why is superman so scared of a tiny human?? when he could walk in Lex's office, kick his tiny butt, scare the hell out of him, and walk right out??

He knows lex has been threatning him, his family, wants to do him harm, isn't EVER EVER gonna change.

What's the hold up??? That makes superman just has responsible for Lex's actions as well.

Batman would have taken care of this quick!

The law is the law and not even Superman is above the Law, he would be the first to say so.

Though, like Batman, he does "bend" the law at certain points, it is not his place, not Batman's to be Judge and Jury.

I hear that, but you have a criminal who has made it clear to you that he will go after your loved ones! Come one what more do you need??

Sad thing is lex has already tortured CK in the past, and his friends. I believe in following the law, yet if a bad person is coming at you with a knife, don't stand by and wait for the law to save you in that moment! You Protect yourself and defend your life!!!

clark does break the law every time he steps in lex's house uninvited, it really is breaking and entering.
without bring spoilers into this discussion , its hard to discuss how clark will deal with lex soon.

That doesn't equal taking the Law into your own hands, certainly not killing someone, more so in Superman's case.

Someone like Superman MUST hold himself to a higher moral code, power like that is not something than can be abused.

Superman would put Lex in Jail, to be tried by a court of Law and if/when Lex gets off on some silly technicality, he would keep and eye on him and try to stop him from doing another crime again and the story would repeat its self.

Would you truly want a Super powered being playing judge, jury and executioner?

I hear ya, in this last episode he has begun to stop that habit. But my point is Lex hasn't made it hard to know that he is up to no good.

Protecting oneself doesn't equate being above the law. It is your right to defend yourself. Lex has been on the offensive now for so long, yet CK is just staying in defense.

When does he take action????
