no i don't remember that in the episode, and that was a shame, because i saw that too in the commerical, i am really disappointed that the fight was not better, or that their were not 2 or 3 fights with the super solider

Exactly. When I saw he Wes was jumping towards Clark, I was saying to myself "Here WE GO!!!" nice fight coming up (because of what I saw in the trailers). But then he just uses heat vision and that's it? Kind of sucks, although it was the best heat vision effect I've ever seen in Smallville.

i was thinking that too! clark didn't even try to fight back to see if he could do something else to stop him, but origioanlly he must have b/c he said that line in the trailer.

I agree that Clark should have fought back but great special effect as usual!

I was just wondering did Clark have to use his heat vision? Surely the Prototype's knife would not have hurt Clark? The Prototype was more powerful and had other abilities but was that they only way they could him off the show?
