i actually counted them when i saw the preview caps for this week, but there were less on that screen then there was on the one they showed because they turned on more lights....but know its at least more then 23 :o

I'm thinking they're all soldiers offered the same "deal" as Wes. Would be easier to cover it up if they were in the way as Wes was when they dissapeared

Yeah, Wes wasn't a meteor freak in the first place, so there's no reason for them to be meteor freaks. They are likely just soldiers that were wounded/killed in action and Lex "obtained" them wether they agreed to it or not.
