usually on thursdays i eat pizza during smallville but today I was busy moving all my stuff out so no pizza

I lift weights and workout while watching the show. Clark's super-heroics motivate me. So on thursdays before my workout I usually have some oatmeal, milk, and a couple a' raw eggs for good measure.
