Prototype previews & director's cut footage

In the previews & director's cut for Prototype, they show Lex testing his prototype by taking out his own men. At this point before watching the episode, do you think he is evil enough to have the prototype kill them or just incapacitate them? I like the part where he wants more of his men gathered so he could see it again.

Yeah I definitly he had them killed. I haven't watched it lately but I think he said they were eliminated. That means dead. lex wouldn't hesitate for an instance before letting someone die to accomplish his goal.

Knocked out or rendered helpless (incapcitated) does not mean death.
