You guys are super confused. The glasses are not meant to fool anyone about Clark Kent they are supposed to fool people into thinking that Clark isn't Superman.

It is simply unrealistic that Lois and Jimmy can’t recognize Clark and Superman as the same person in the future. If you try to find a way it‘s believable, you’re foolish. You just need to accept that the idea is silly, the same way you accept the idea that a man can fly..... You follow the story of Superman to have fun, not to believe it’s a realistic story.
