Well, we have three shoices for exploding people. Sylar, Peter, and the original, Ted.

My money's on Sylar. I think he takes out Ted, and the power's too much. Then Nathan sacrifices himself by flying away Sylar.

Good possibility, but you need to add no one on there as well!

Yeah they coud deff prevent the explosion, or it could be a bomb literally, but I still think Peter explodes, and Nathan sacrifices him self for the greater good, but we shall see.

Kring said the bomb will happen, but how and where is the real question. Not an exact quote!

Yeah, the bomb will go off but Hiro will roll back time to reverse the damage. He was able to do that in ep 16 when Hope shot at Ando and Hiro.

Also for some reason I don't think the bomb will be Sylar. When Issac and Sylar were talking Issac made the comment that he had to show them how to stop the bomb and kill Sylar. The way he worded it sounded like they were two different events.

However, the way Kring likes to set things up it could still be anyone

However, the way Kring likes to set things up it could still be anyone Hiro rolling back time is not enough, the explosion would just happen again once time resumes. Someone or something must still intervene. In ep 16, it appeared that time was reversed only in the immediate space surrounding the gun and bullet. Time continued normally elsewhere giving that guy a chance to tackle her down. However this might not be what actually happened in this scene, perhaps Ando is a mutant with powers of his own.

And I think it's pretty clear by now that the bomb is going to be Peter, taking into account his own prophetic dreams/visions, Isaac's paintings/predictions, and the conversations that took place in the dark future episode.

It wouldn't be Sylar. Sylar's distinct advantage when aquiring new powers is that he knows how to control them, often better than the people who originally had them. His original power assures him of that - it is tied to how he steals abilities.

Now remember when Ted's powers were first manifesting? He had very little control. He lost his temper or panicked and accidentally incinerated people.

Luckily for him, his powers weren't at the level then that they are now. And he has learned control.

But if his powers are that difficult to control, and his power levels are now at their peak ...

Someone like Peter, who doesn't even realize he's absorbed a power until it manifests, would be in a lot of trouble. If Peter gets within range of Ted he could start blowing up without realizing why it's happening.

Your Peter/Ted theory has a good chance of being right, it's the most plausible explanation....but perhaps it's a bit too predictable for the writers to go for it though? And I never really thought about it before but yeah Sylar's original ability would and probably does allow him to use other powers expertly, explaining how he was able to defeat Peter without too much trouble in .07%.

That's not how reversing time works....lol something must still prevent the explosion from simply happening again...unless Hiro keeps the person who exploded frozen in time forever. Like I said, reversing time specific to the explosion and exploding person would be a solution only if someone in normal time acts to stop the explosion (or prevents it from harming anything/anyone) once time is resumed again....in effect, Hiro can buy someone more time to do that.
