Ok so this timeline showed us which heroes will remain well "heroes" and then show us the ones that can be corrupted.

Good:

Peter
Hiro
Mohinder
Bennet (very surprising I might add)
Wireless

Bad:

Slyar(obviously)
Nathan?
Parkman
The Haitian

Claire and Nikki seem to just want to make there lives better.

Kindve right, we cant judge for Nathan as technically he wasnt in the episode. The rest woulod be open to interpretation.

Peter - Blew up the city, and is a fugitive
Hiro - Wanted for terror
Mohinder - working on the formula to kill everyone
Hana and HRG - Hiding illegal people with abilities
Sythan - OK I will give you that one
Parkman - Maybe just trying to protect his family
Haitian - Remaining loyal to the Petrellis

Depends on the perspective

Mohinder was trying to work on a formula to just block the peeps with abilities powers so that they can't harm people either by accident like Peter or on purpose like Sylar does. It was "Sythan's" idea to just flat out kill them all and poor Mo' really didn't like that idea and eventually went against him.

Actually I watched the episode again and Sylar said Nathan had already betrayed his own kind before he killed him.

That's pretty much the governments perspective. As viewers majority of us look at the show from the "hero" perspective. We only see the names and locations of the "heroes" of the show. So its only logical to view this show from their point of view.
