Ok this doesnt make sense, Please help

So in this timeline it was still save the cheerleader save the world BUT Peter didnt save Claire. Ok so that would make me think that Sylar killed her and that is why Hiro couldnt kill Sylar when he stabbed him. Then how the heck is Clair still alive and it took all this time for Sylar to catch her. Shouldnt Sylar already have killed her? I think someone messed up writing this script. Or i missed something.

Don't worry dude, I think this show is meant to confuse us fans lol. Well remember Peter did save Claire in episode 9 - Homecoming. That was future Hiro's message to Peter on the subway train in episode 4/5. "Save the Cheerleader...."

Well Sylar pretending to be Nathan finally got to Claire and absorbed her power.

I really wanted to see more of that fight between Peter and Sylar. But if Hiro does his job, the fight should not happen.

It looked like in that episode that Sylar absorbed soooo many powers! He got the shape-shifting power, along with Nuclear Ted's power.
