I've been waiting for her appearance since the third episode.
I always knew she would be very important (sylar went after her tiwce), and I believe that she'll have some really amazing power, that I cant even really imagine what it is right now.

How about this

She has the ability to absorb the life energy from anyone she wants. This would be by far the most powerful weapon and she could kill anyone not just Sylar. Even those that have regenerative capabilities or are thought to be invincible.

He went after her when he killed her parents in the second? episode, but she managed to hide from him. Then Sylar broke into the police station to take her in the next episode.
