in the preview for next week, hiro stops time to kill sylar, but sylar still moves. i think he absorbed the haitian`s power.

if that were to happen, that would totally suck.. the it would be game over wouldn't it? there are several rules that Heroes must abide by and that is Sylar not getting powers of certain people. The haitian has to be one of them no?

Sylar has done plenty of amazing things, I think his original Intuitive Apptitude Power help him adapt to things.
He souldnt have been able to use his powers while being held at Primatech, and didn't listen to Eden the second time she tried to command him. He managed to turn of the I.V. that Suresh hooked up to him, Despite the fact that it should have numbed his powers. It looks like if he has any weaknesses he eventually learns to adapt and defeat them.

I said something very similiar to that on another thread, but yes your exactly right. You cant for any reason give him any amount of time, you just have to kill him.
